Service staff could use some customer service skills brush up. Also apparently if you have Progressive insurance they won't loan you a vehicle- you have to go through enterprise. WTF.
MB GDecember 20, 2012Girls think they're hot as they prance around in heels and provide slow and poor service. Bald large dude always tries to rip you off and talks in a condescending manor towards clients. Horrible!!
3 hour wait for an oil change and loaner cars are not available because It's just an oil change.
