- Michael 🍷 ElmgreenOctober 25, 2014Do as many activities in the day as humanly possible, then gorge yourself on food and booze. Solid and reasonably priced wine list at formal dinner. We had a great '09 Pauillac.Upvoted 2 weeks ago
- Stefano GuidolinAugust 5, 2014Make sure to hike around the lake and up to the tower!! And at the end of day you'll deserve a drink in the sunset porch!!
- Gorgeous, amazing staff, and spectacular grounds. One of the finest hotels you'll ever stay in. It's own lake, hiking trails, etc. It's rooms start at about $700 though.
- Daniella SforzaAugust 7, 2014Beautiful grounds of this Quaker owned hotel/spa/resort invite you to explore and discover the manicured gardens, silvestre paths, lakes, cliffs, trails and wilderness. Paddle boats and canoes too!

- WaleskaOctober 2, 2012The drive up the mountain is lovely, as is the property. Friendly staff, good food. Felt like you were in someone's mansion from year's past. Mineral pool being outdoors was prob not a good idea.
- Larry DonovanApril 24, 2017Lots of beautiful scenery, carriage trails and rough trails to suit any level of hiking ability, the labyrinth trail to the crevice is challenging but also a lot of fun
- WilhelmAugust 18, 2013If you ever get lost in the woods, you will want to do it here. The trails, the views, the lilly pond, the sumptuous meal waiting on your return, a unique place to vacation at.

- nicky vNovember 25, 2011If your in the mood for a workout try the labyrinth trail. Make sure you wear your hiking boots cause there are some pretty steep climbs and the view is totally worth it in the end.
- Cynthia LinDecember 21, 2020beautiful winter surroundings, all inclusive with many winter activities but overall, still on the pricy end
- Bill B.June 29, 2011These are some serious canapes, turkey with fig compote, truffled salmon, pot of tea. High tea is one of my favorite traditions, but I feel like I should have put on a jacket- or an ascot.
- Jenny KJanuary 29, 2015Lots of great winter activities like skating, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing. Equipment rentals are free to guests of Mohonk.
- Paul MurphyMay 30, 2016A large and traditional "luxury" mountain resort with a spa, golf course, and other activities on-site.
- Gary TorielloAugust 17, 2014You are allowed to bike up to the Mohonk Mountain House...you just aren't allowed inside.
- Don't go to tea at 4pm, wait until 4:30pm. The tea is still available but they bring out better cookies. Also, forget the rocking chairs at tea, go to the summerhouse just below the porch.
- @JaumePrimeroOctober 28, 2012A short ride from NYC, and a great place for a weekend getaway during the fall. Mohonk is, in a word, magnificent!

- WilhelmOctober 23, 2013Great setting for a wedding or anniversary celebration. Ours was number 32. Worth the price and travel time.
- Steve ADecember 30, 2012World class scenery and lovely historical resort setting. Customer service culture stinks. Problem remedies are limited to "fill out a comment card"
- Jenny KJanuary 29, 2015Tea time in the Lake Lounge, a Mohonk tradition. Especially soothing after a long walk in the cold.
- W magazineJune 22, 2010Joining the Hamptons crowds not your idea of a restful summer vacation? Venture instead to Mohonk Mountain House, an historic resort in the Shawangunk Mountains with an old-world feel. Read more

- DSeptember 13, 2015Apple cider milkshake. Decent but disappointed that it's just apple cider powder and wasn't blended well
- Jenny SAugust 17, 2013Drove all the way there wanted to take picture and was told it would be 20 dollars per person to take picture. But then they wouldn't let us in because they say you have to come before 430.

- Tara BossertApril 12, 2014Not what I was expecting for the price and the good reviews. So far it's not relaxing over run with loud children website was misleading... relaxing will be tough. I wish I booked omega.
- Jennifer LiddleNovember 23, 2014Brian who is the customer service manager was completely insulting. I would never come back here, nor reco to anyone else all because of his attitude and how he treated paying customers.
- So far this place is downright CREEPY. Like that Stephen King movie with Jack Nicholson.
- Can't believe I was charged $27 for turning on the TV in my room that was provided...
