They will give you lots of samples if you are nice. They have some bizarre cheese flavors that are fun to try.

I got a 2yr Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese block as gift. It's spot on! Exactly what you'd hope for. Sharp great lasting taste, yet still soft enough you can slice full slices w/o it crumbling.

Can't remember the last time I had a sandwich this good. Turkey on wheat, Mousehouse Jack, brown mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Toasted. Delicious.
