- Ellen S. P.June 29, 2018Great way to spend an hour. Kitschy and fun taxidermied conjoined animals, horror wax museum, live shows (mine was magic), and a great gift shop are a fun time.
- Yani ImanMarch 1, 2014Pretty much lived up to it's name. Staff were super nice, too. Cool how they had different sections. Since we came early, we had VIP service from one of the last living oddities at the Side Show.
- Mark BSeptember 25, 2016Very campy but cool small exhibit. Have an open mind and you'll enjoy...especially seeing the "Iceman". The last part of the tour is the best but I won't give away the surprise.
- Social News NetworkDecember 5, 2013Take your time going through the exhibits and be sure to ask the staff about the skeleton in the back. Great spots for fun pictures and don’t forget to get a ticket to see the Minnesota Iceman!
- Anthony (Sirus) MadridJune 13, 2012Its a small little shop, but its definitely worth the admission price. The staff enjoys working there and it shows. Definitely ask them about the exhibits. Also, the shop supports lizard rescue
- David SequeiraJune 11, 2012MUST go here. But first, grab a "pickle shot" next door from the jackalope. Definitely worth the small ticket price. Assortment of odd items and CRAZY sideshow at the end! Remember to tip!
- DellMarch 9, 2016The oddball collection includes a Fiji mermaid, the Minnesota Iceman, and shrunken heads. Take the $4 tour and learn your future from the resident fortune teller.
- Jeffrey JamesDecember 15, 2017$12 entry to the museum with a tour. The exhibits are interesting, and the tour guide was nice, but kept saying she would be more into it if she wasn't feeling ill. If there's a show there, go then.
- Ali MadadSeptember 4, 2012Occasional performances on second floor, but worth a look for the awesome oddities on the first floor.
- HISTORYApril 7, 2010Is a collection of the weird and disturbing and includes such traditional freak show fair as a Fiji mermaid and a frog with teeth, shrunken heads, a preserved two headed cow, and a fortune teller.
- Connie KJune 14, 2015Friendly staff and a fun way to support a local place that delivers to keep Austin Weird!
- Amanda ThauMay 1, 2015Reminded me of a smaller Ripley's Believe It or Not! Don't miss the show upstairs... It's electric!
- Shannon JeropkeOctober 14, 2021It’s kind of a kitschy tourist trap but the show they put on is worth the price of admission.
- Mercedes McCay-ReadAugust 28, 2018Lots of oddities. Didn’t do the guided tour do not sure what was missed but some interesting things to look at.
- Ali FadilJune 7, 2019Only interesting part is the small section after the entrance. Rest is a waist of time. Groups are too big, you spend half of the visit waiting for others to take selfies.
- Hunter WestSeptember 21, 2011If your with someone a little nervous about the.museum of the weird, ask them for the green hand surprise!!!
- Chris CannonMay 7, 2019Unclear on scope of museum, small, nothing of significance. Can see almost all pictures online.
- CMJMarch 7, 2012If you didn't get your daily fill of bizarre just walking down the rest of this street, swing by.
- Mottel LightstoneMarch 17, 2010Ask the owner or one of the staff to tell you some of the back story of the stuff there - it more then doubles the value of the $4 ticket!
- Sue EnglandAugust 16, 2010I bought a Museum shirt and got 2 free admissions, and got a bonus side show act with Eric Odditorium!
