- This isn't your normal Indian restaurant, they have an unusual menu full of really tasty food. Try the daily special and it comes in a huge metal dish with many small side dishes.
- Gloria WuMarch 9, 2014Fresh and organic meats. Food is made to order so you do have to wait but it's worth it. Very huge portions. The Briyani could be shared amongst 2 to 3 people.
- Erika LoyaNovember 10, 2014We have never had a bad meal. Samosas, Variety Naan, Vindaloo, Tandoor Chicken, Tiki Masala, everything is delicious
- Rob ZaleskiAugust 27, 2014Get the Malvani Roasted Coconut Curry with Chicken, garlic naan, and you have a delightfully tasty meal for two days. Shred up the chicken rather than leaving it in chunks. Yes.
- Jesse Mansfield IVJuly 2, 2013Come here for lunch! The special is a platter of all these finger foods and the curry of the day. It's hands down the best way to immerse yourself in Indian food.
- Social News NetworkNovember 27, 2012This place is quite yummy and has a very relaxed atmosphere. However, make sure to order Naan as soon as you get there since they make it to order like your meal.
- A PJune 26, 2017This is a bit nutty that we found a place serving 'Malvani' cuisine outside india. It's Malvani/ Maharashtrian food, not Goan. This place is the bomb!
- Nigel JacobsFebruary 15, 2011Wonderfully authentic and comfortable Goan cuisine. The veggie platter provides a delicious and comprehensive sampling. To wash it down, try the fresh lime sodas, or better still, your own 6 pack.
- Get the Malvani Roasted Curry w/ Shrimp and the grilled whole pomfret for a truly authentic experience. I personally always get Desi Hot.
- Casey RochesterAugust 3, 2012Amazing restaurant! Expensive, though. Try the vegetarian platter! But don't touch the weird slimy, spicy pepper thing. It's going to give you a heart attack.
- Amazing food - the Tikka Masala is so good, you won't care it's a cliché Indian dish. I could eat it every single day

- Sattvik SSeptember 30, 2017Ordered the malvani coconut chicken curry and asked them to spice it up. Ended up ordering sol kadhi to cool things down. :) Enjoyed the food.
- Andy HunterDecember 5, 2010Not much to look at inside, but don't be fooled by appearances. This place is the real deal, authentic good food and the owners are super nice. Try the lentil soup on a winter night.
- Kitty MontgomeryMarch 15, 2013Try visiting for lunch. Lunch special is big enough to split with a friend and a good way to try new things.
- Jack HoltNovember 27, 2011Lamb Vindaloo is delicious. Not too heavy and lamb is very juicy. Med spicy is like 2-3 peppers at Madam Mams
- Lars PlougmannAugust 9, 2010This is the real Goan and Mumbai cuisines, not anglicized. Prepared with minimum oil and cream. Excellent service
- Erin MaherFebruary 10, 2012The people that work here are super lovely and very helpful wit the menu.
- Great food... TERRIBLE service.. The place looks like a bathroom (no kidding).. But great food nevertheless.
- Eduard MatamorosMarch 10, 2010Decent, if you're not up for a drive to Bombay Express. Average curries. Stay away from the vegan naan—it's the antichrist of Indian breads.
