- Gulden SaatciDecember 23, 2017We had the best crab ever. Very good food. Dungeness crab is so tasty, you have to try it !
- The BEST chowder on the wharf hands down. The crab cakes are my absolute favorite. The crab pasta is also fantastic. Love the old school charm!
- James CJuly 29, 2013Best Food on the Wharf. It has all of the San Francisco eats that you want to try. Crab Cake is to die for. The Market Crab is amazing. The Cioppino is crazy good and the drinks are fantastic.
- Wagner SilvaSeptember 20, 2014Great service, good food (pasta al pesto is a nice choice) and a view to the Golden Gate Bridge (upstairs).
- Mark YoungFebruary 18, 2014Get the table in the back with the view of the Harbour. This is one if the first restaurants on the Wharf in SF est. 1935.
- Kristy CooperFebruary 15, 2015The food was Great! We had a half crab and shrimp sandwiches. Service wasn't the best, we sat in the very back against the window. Probably will never eat there again, but glad we tried it.
- Lam AnhApril 14, 2013Superior Service! Best place to have a bowl of clam chowder in SF. They're oysters on the half shell also really fresh!
- Lisa BladeJuly 16, 2013Best. Coffee. Ever. Also, I've never been served in a restaurant better than I have here.
- Lam AnhApril 14, 2013Beautiful spot to bring out of towners. Bring my family here every time and always a hit!
- Laughing SquidFebruary 21, 2012Definitely worth checking out for the gift shop that time forgot, the custom fisherman carpet, the diorama and the upstairs bar but skip the chowder. Go to Musee Mecanique after.
- Hard RockerJuly 4, 2015Great food. But service could be friendlier. Parking validation only for lot in front of restaurant.
- Kim LoyAugust 13, 2014The service was great - friendly bartenders with interesting info about the area.
- Aaron PMarch 10, 2015The manager opened the bar for my friends and I before they were actually open. Superb customer service from Fidel.
- ChristinaAugust 27, 2012People watching is amazing here. Make sure to have a cup of coffee. Please tip well.
- Dan SchuffertMay 11, 2012The shrimp dishes are very fresh and good. Don't forget that Bay shrimp are really small tiny shrimp.
- Travelivery - Redefining the Way You Travel.January 23, 2014Great views and great food. A must see! http://sf.travelivery.com
- Landmark aside, the menu and food preparation haven't changed much since I first went... back in '85 (age 3). Not that that's a bad thing. The spumoni is always good and the booze isn't watered down,
- Ece SezginSeptember 3, 2013Dungeness Crab Sandwich was great views are also but service is a little slow...
- Katherine WeckerSeptember 7, 2011The garlic crab is so wonderful I went back and had it again the next day!
- Thaddeus BallantineFebruary 6, 2015It was okay. Clam Chowder was tasty but $$$. It was a bit breezy and they would not turn on the radiant heaters. Appetizer came second go figure. I would not return here.
- Oliver LaycoDecember 28, 2013Avoid the upstairs dining at any cost. They spend more on the atmosphere and look of the place than the quality of the food
- Wim GoddenNovember 4, 2011Been coming here for 20 years... the decor and menu might be the same, the food quality certainly isn't. Clam chowder was terrible (compared to the one they serve at Le Boudin), swordfish was just ok.
- KathyMarch 24, 2013Free Sourdough bread, whole crab, two seafood pastas = $85 excl tip. Mediocre food. Nice view of fisherman's wharf.
- Francesco VerdiJuly 20, 2013Place seems a little "worn" since my last visit, but granted that was over 10 years ago
- Doug TaylorJanuary 17, 2013Not recommended!! Service is beyond slow! Never got a drink refill. Waited 30 minutes just for a check. Halibut was cold and tough and veggies hard as a rock. Food is as old as the establishment.
