- Black Anaconda and Scorpion's Tail are both required and awesome, but the lines are long so wait until later in the day. The Black Thunder is your best bet for small waits but still very fun rides. Read more
- Sharifa SimonSeptember 7, 2014Super busy! Go early in the season or super late. Plenty of discounts available online or at local vendors. Wear flip flops, the texture of the black top is unforgiving. Rent a tube for the wave pool!
- Evan[Bu]June 4, 2011By far the best waterpark in Wisconsin Dells. If you're looking to do the park affordably, grab some coupons/specials prior to arriving, and then hit up the Dairy Queen next door for lunch!
- Passport to SavingsMay 3, 2012America's Largest Waterpark, and rightfully so! With 51 water rides including the new Quadzilla in 2012, you'll easily spend all day here. Free parking & ample space await picnics & large groups!
- Cathy LewisJuly 8, 2013Bring a cheap pair of flip flops for wearing between lines. The ground gets super hot. Expect long waits, about 30-60 each main attraction. Go early, and it is so worth it! Hit the black anaconda 1st.
- Aaron WalkerJune 10, 2010If you visit you will for sure have to check out Scorpion's Tail. You'll be in for some excitement! Try not to chicken out when you get to the top. ;) Almost vertical drop will take your breath away. Read more
- J RJuly 22, 2016Everything is wonderful. Don't try the bumper boat, not worth the waiting line! We bought special parking for $12, and general parking is for $7. It's closer to kids pools.
- Mary Jo TheMommers.comAugust 5, 2013I recommend renting a cabana if you have a bunch of people with you...it was nice to have a meet-up place. AND the cabanas come with lockers that you can open and unlimited amount.
- USA TODAYMay 31, 2013Don't miss the Black Anaconda. At a quarter of a mile long, it is one of the country's longest watercoasters.
- AriSeptember 10, 2015The area to the right (when you walk in the main entrance) is the more extreme end of the park with the best waterslides.
- Rachael deHaanJuly 14, 2012Wear sandals or flip flops; the pavement is too hot for bare feet. There's little cubbies at the beginning of each ride queue for you to leave your shoes at while on the ride. :)
- Aaron OlsenJuly 10, 2013So much fun for the day!!!!! I recommend paying extra for the preferred parking. This gets you closer to the busy rides first.
- Brittany MorrisAugust 1, 2012New ownership; many things have changed. No smoking areas, wavepools now have fences and life jackets, no wristbands unless requested, etc... it's a shock if you haven't been there in 2012 yet.
- Travel ChannelMarch 11, 2011The Scorpion's Tail is totally disorienting. One second you're in an unattached free fall and then all of a sudden you're like, I think I made it through the loop. --Bert Kreischer, Bert the Conqueror Read more
- Kyle AlbrightJuly 16, 2014Go on a day you know will be cold/ possible rain. That way lines are shorter because less people want to be there.
- WagzJuly 6, 2019Yay at the Flamingo and get free entrance to Noah’s Ark for the duration of your stay.
- Ricardo "Range" VargasAugust 29, 2011Get there early and get on all the big rides you wanna do first. Lines only get longer as the day goes on. Almost never a line for Black Thunder though.
- Erik LeanAugust 30, 2013Go on a weekday. The line is so much better. You can re enter so go out and get food instead of eating there
- Lerin HendricksonAugust 20, 2013I love noahs ark! I've been going for years. I was pretty unhappy I had to pay for parking this time...wtf
- Now that parking is not free... Season pass holders can also purchase a season parking pass for $21
- Pamela WhiteJuly 11, 2018We went today (Wednesday) it was so crowded that we waited in lines for over 30 minutes.
- Jim LiddicoatAugust 28, 2011Get there right when the park opens to avoid waiting in the long lines. 1 hour + waits for rides as the day goes on.
- Todd RichmondAugust 10, 2013Prepare for LOUD MUSIC when you get to "Posidens Rage!" When we were there at least, there was a live DJ there the entire time both days.
- Kelly CagleSeptember 10, 2010Don't forget sunscreen. The heavier the raft, the longer the ride on the Stingray and Time Warp. Team up with the fattest people in line.
- Scorpions Tail, Point of No Return, and The Plunge are my persona favs...
- Noah's Ark has turned into a mess since the new owner bought it. Have a better time go to Mt Olympus. It's just not like it was in 2011 anymore...
- Some remodeling occurred for 2012. No more wrist bands unless you ask when you leave.
- Teisha MaclinOctober 8, 2011Found a great tip! Pay $10 to receive a voucher for $5.00 off for up to 6 admissions http://bit.ly/nZWS3k Read more
- Marleina MichelsJune 17, 2014Food prices are outrageous and you have to pay for parking, which isn't too bad, but they only take cash! Seriously? Who carries cash?
- Brently WozniakJuly 4, 2011Bring flip flops to wear between the rides. The pavement is so hot it burns
- Carol 💋💅August 25, 2012Had to do "The walk of shame" back down the stairs at the "Point of no return" slide. And had about 3 people laugh at me. Just couldn't do it. Lol
