- Norman EllisAugust 8, 2017The seafood chowder was chockfull of seafood but the broth was a thin and under seasoned. The clamroll was huge and the clams tasty. Ask them to hold the tarter sauce and cold slaw and get fries.
- Gayle WMarch 17, 2013Loved the no frills atmosphere here. Wait staff was pleasant, but all about business. Seafood chowder was fantastically simple, as was my seafood sauté with veggies. And everything was so fresh!
- Matthew MilletApril 16, 2013Despite many of the reviews I read, we still went and it was AMAZING!!! I got the fried scrod and my buddy got a Lobstuh. Our waitress, Kristen, did an amazing job! Request her! Plus, she's cute!!
- Alex ChanSeptember 9, 2018Very fresh seafood, great view of Boston harbor. Validated parking, owner and staff very friendly and helpful.
- Michele SteinbergMarch 16, 2012Sautee of seafood (scallops, calamari, shrimp and swordfish) was awesome. Old school New England fish joint, no frills - that's why the locals love it!
- Michael VJune 4, 2014If you like lobster you will love this place...in Boston's Fishmarket area so you know the food is fresh!!!
- Brian CartyNovember 14, 2018Fried Seafood Plate and Seafood Chowder have been favorites for over 35 years!
- Ross PWMay 4, 2012The BEST seafood spot I've been to in Boston. It's real, authentic, and their chowder is incredible.
- Jeni ReaderJuly 21, 2013Broiled seafood platter delicious. Can ask for a substitution is you don't like all the items on it
- Andy RoebuckMarch 4, 2010Best fish chowder in the city, no contest. And the broiled scallops and fried oysters- heaven. No pretense at the No Name- just good food with a great view of the harbor. Read more
- Rob WrightOctober 24, 2010I visited as a tourist. Chowder was a little watery but great overall flavor. Lobster was fab! Free garlic bread just to start the meal. What a great find!!
- Beth Smith-WallaceJune 28, 2013Rocking seafood plate! Scallops, shrimp and clams were SO sweet and delicious!
- Olivier LavoieAugust 31, 2014It's a fair place... Price is good for what you have in your plate. Fancy people won't like it.
- Annie DonahueApril 13, 2014Fabulous food and our waiter was hysterical. We left huge tips he was so good.
- Kevin CavellSeptember 16, 2016Good food at a good price. Not a place for a first date, what what do you expect from a No Name?
- James ElliotMay 31, 2011That guy went someplace else to eat.the food is great at No Name.s as always. Maybe he went elsewhere to eat his leather steak.I strongly urge anyone with a seafood appetite dine here.
- Anthony BarrowsMarch 10, 2012Best chowder ever! Real New England style (which isn't full of flour or cornstarch).
- Erik BrokAugust 21, 2015It is a nice authentic place with great service. The chowder was a bit bland but cheap.
- Ursula AccumannoJuly 12, 2012Good simple seafood. Great prices. Heaping bowl of chowder. Waterfront.
- JohnnyMay 22, 2013I'm ashamed to have even checked in to this place. It's essentially a seafood IHOP, but that's a huge overstatement. The clams taste like they come from a can. The fish is chalky. Lobster is chewy.
- Mei LeeAugust 3, 2012The boiled fish especially the swordfish is good but I wish there was a sauce with the dish though
- Michael WoottonJuly 31, 2015Seafood, supposedly. Thought it would be better, considering it is basically all they had. Substandard air conditioning and lame beer selection
- Ria ShabiraJanuary 8, 2012This place is LITERALLY the suckiest seafood restaurant ever! They have very very few choices of food to choose from.
- AditiDecember 11, 2018Was booked for a work dinner...food was below average for what kind of seafood you can find anywhere else in boston
- Jeff GoshertJuly 19, 2014I was here in 1976. 1st time back toBoston since then, and had to come back.
- Timothy KlofskiSeptember 14, 2017Oh dear... this was awful. No name for one reason, it does not deserve a name... frozen muscles broiled to death 💀lobster salad was half an iceberg with old cold lobster slapped on top..
- Gianna NebbiaAugust 22, 2015The seafood shower is really under-seasoned and lame. It's also really expensive for such a dive
- Jason MasonJuly 18, 201017 dollars for a steak that was tough to eat and had no flavor, wife had seafood that she could of done without! Service was ok. Great tourist place unless you want great food
- Anna VMarch 7, 2015Came there hoping that food is the freshest, because of the location. It was terrible. Food was definitely spoiled. Smell really bad as well.
