- Deniz O.June 24, 2013There is no place to smoke and duty free is too expensive I think you should pay more for Heathrow.. it's worth
- Alan BradleyJune 19, 2010The "outside" part of Cafe Rouge has power sockets at each of the booths - ultra handy for charging gadgetry.
- This terminal had had a make over and looks better after it.Mostly British airways flights fly from here.
- Cafe Rouge do awesome breakfast if ur not a fry up kinda person :o)
- This seems to be where a lot of "close" European flights happen
- Sanj MatharuSeptember 27, 2011If you're carrying small people then you get a special queue at immigration
- Mcwooster MacGuffinJune 18, 2016Extremely long and slow moving queues at the BA check in. Expect to budget 40+ minutes to drop your bag.
- Sean O'FarrellMay 21, 2012Baggage trollies need a £1 coin. Not helpful if you've just arrived back from wherever with Ringitts, Sheckles and whatnot
- Don't use the fee based ATMs in Passport control, use the Barclays one in Luggage reclaim ... it is free for UK bank acc holders
- Sean WilkesOctober 19, 2011Security screening a bit slow. Not helped by lots of people getting bag checks (including my brother) :-(
- Respect the security staff they are not there to arrest you but to keep you safe
- Lynsey VerrilloMarch 22, 2012So slow at security compared to south terminal new technology... Hope north catches up soon
- George MacDApril 8, 2015Very poor connections experience from domestic to international. Made us clear security again, which is not the case at Heathrow.
- Steven BuckleyOctober 9, 2010the shuttle to North terminal is now working again. A welcome relief after those awful bus replacements, but still too long a gap between shuttle trains.
- They put all the disabled through this gate too. Not very satisfactory.
- Stuart FowkesMay 4, 2010The en toast cafe serves breakfast yet has no eggs, beans or ketchup. IDIOTS.
- Mike SomersetOctober 18, 2010Apparently you need a 'ticket' to fly? Who'd have thunk it? Try to do better than me and remember it.
- EmyleeSeptember 12, 2014Don't ever fly Ryan Air. Unless you like poor service, cramp quarters, and nasty staff from check in to arrival.
