I loved it, all inclusive room service, movie night outside, shows for adults and kids and the staff was great. Please tip the staff as they deserve it. Come for yourself and make you own judgment.

Now Jade is a great resort!! Family and adult oriented so you won't deal with drunk college kids. I would go back for sure!

The gym is ok and has all the usual equipment. The gym room is larger than at most other hotels. Some of the equipment could use some TLC because the wear and tear is showing.

If you like jogging, try the road in front of the hotel. To Puerto Morelos and back is a bit more than 5 km.

Hotel beach is not suitable to swim looks like it was a mangrove :( anyway food and ambient pool is fantastic!

Ok for an all inclusive, alcohol is terrible, at least in the swim up bar. Nice rooms, good rates, ok food. You get what you're paying for
