- Clean, modern & airy aesthetic with great toning exercises. Great instructions. Only negative, no showers but not a deal breaker since classes I've taken don't have me breaking a sweat.
- The new studio is even more spacious than West 4th and has two Pilates rooms. Clean and modern with great machines, and a ton of classes each day. So happy this opened!
- Great, clean studio with talented instructors and nice equipment. Love the Reformer II classes. They do private and semi private as well. It's classic reformer Pilates and a good challenge.
- Beautiful studio, amazing teachers & classes. Almost all of the instructors are professional dancers so they're very knowledgeable and creative. Love this place so much!
- Great teachers, small classes, lovely workout. They give you time and energy to really take a moment to connect with your body.
- Lovely studio and awesome teachers. Katherine, Britini, Emma, and Whitney are some of my favorites, but you really can't go wrong. Warning: you might get hooked. Go for the monthly unlimited. :)
- Really nice studio with solid reformer and mat classes. Classic Pilates (more laid back and slower paced than studios like SLT)
- Emily MJuly 9, 2016Went to the Soho studio. Beautiful studio, and great classes. Pretty strict on not letting first time clients jump into advanced classes, but did Core Cult Jump and had a blast.
- Trendiest traditional pilates studio in New York right now. Try the reformer III class for a challenge.
- Beautiful studio with lots of cool classes. Classes are limited to all 9 to 10 people only.
- My favorite Pilates studio on ClassPass. Clean, spacious, relaxing and the instructors are amazing.
- Layla AlotaibiDecember 5, 2016Located in the third floor, the stairs alone give you muscle soreness.
- Would recommend prenatal Pilates with Emma for any pregnant woman.
