Passageway is beautiful but food is less than great. You're definitely in the Midwest at this steak house where calamari is like rubber and crab cakes are burnt. Stick to the steak...

For the price, it's slacking on the customer service. Large portions and good steak, side items could be better. Go to V-Mertz instead!

Disappointing is an understatement. Sunday night at 7 pm, you would expect good service. One waiter and one waitress were only two working. Had to get our own menus after sitting there for 15 minutes.
