- Laura G AdamsSeptember 28, 2012Amazing service here! The other tips left were a great help and the spa services were fantastic. Perfect for a bachelorette party because it's close to lots of restaurants and bars!
- Jam Charish BagleySeptember 8, 2014We came here for lunch and we love the view, ambiance and our food has large portions. I would also like to mention the chocolate strawberry mousse candy bar (cake) which is so good!
- jennifer KrienertMay 5, 2013Wonderful service and staff. They make you feel very special. Come here with your hubby or partner for a special visit! :) worth every penny!
- GaySFApril 21, 2013Great location, wonderful lobby bar with Hugh the bartender telling stories and concocting special drinks. plus restaurants across the road & the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean at the back door of the hotel

- Jennifer LangNovember 3, 2014**Excellent Service** 5mins to beachfront (Atlantic & Neptune Beaches) shops, eateries, & beaches.... I ♡ This area!! Don't forget the area's #BedardBreakfast ~ #live and lovinglife...
- StevenOctober 12, 2013Best seats are those on the patio. You get to see the sunset and listen to the crashing waves of the Atlantic Ocean.
- R BJune 24, 2015Affordable beach luxury. I loved their in-room moisturizer so much I special order it from the West Coast

- Blanche T. SullivanFebruary 11, 2013Try the Le Pero or Acai Relief cocktails in the Azurea Lounge... Tasty, unique & refreshing!
- Use the hotel's beach towels to mark your beach chair so the aggressive hotel pool boys don't set lounge chairs on top / in front of you.
- John PetruccoMay 26, 2012The bartender is a beast of a drink maker. Go up stairs drop the bags and go right down to the bar in the front lobby!!! He will blow your mind!!
- Robin Eckstein FreibergerMay 24, 2013Quite the experience at lobby bar with HUGH. Very entertaining & the drinks are the bomb.

- Dan JApril 20, 2011Free mini-bar loaded with soft drinks, bottled water, chips and candy. A nice touch that goes along way! Also, free clothes pressing and shoe shines too.
- They don't have half pints of milk for kids and it's a bit of a hassle but you can get milk as a free snack drink stocked in your room versus just soda or ordering room service if you press.
- FoodimentaryDecember 17, 2011Even if you get a 30 minute massage its getting into the facility that matters. The quiet meditation areas overlooking the ocean are worth the price of admission.
- Daniel LiJune 10, 2013The hotel itself is beautiful. I went to the bar only & be prepared to pay for the beauty. Drinks were pretty expensive $12 for a jack & coke and they served in small glasses with a lot of ice
- Julie HammackSeptember 23, 2012Wow. The valet attendant checked me in and gave the room key. No need to stop at the front desk. Nice touch!
- Mike LMarch 22, 2013Valet had me all checked in with a key right as I pulled up. Love it! Ritz Carlton level of personal service
- Ask Hugh to make you one of these gin drinks with touches of fresh cucumbers and cilantro
- Chef Kenny GilbertSeptember 4, 2011Great get away hotel in the city! Chef Ted Peters will provide a delicious meal with first class service!
- Some staff are great but service is inconsistent. Simple requests, like reserving a beach umbrella, prove confounding to the staff. Don't confuse quantity of service with quality of service.

- Visit_JaxMarch 10, 2011Have a cocktail with bartender Hugh at the Lobby Bar and ask him about his surfer sons.
- Come out and see us at the One Ocean lounge! Valet parking is complimentary!
- Pete SabatiniMarch 10, 2010Nice but man does a lot of hallway noise make it through the door. Ask for a room away from the elevator. And shhhh.

- Mary SJune 6, 2012No iron in the room. You have to call to have them bring it up, not good if you're in a hurry. Never stayed at a hotel that didn't have them readily available.
- Make sure you order a First Coast Tini at the hotel bar.
