- I like getting 3 onigiris -- the shrimp tempura, chicken teriyaki and the carrot and seaweed. Good food, relatively cheap. They have a lemonade tea that's super tasty, too!
- Gregor GAugust 31, 2012Filling, healthy and delicious! Very excited to see them expand from food cart to viable Financial District lunch spot. I'm hooked on these handheld sushi wraps. Eggplant is my fave.
- Love this spot for a quick tasty bite to eat. The Ume, Kani, and Unagi are all particularly good choices, though all of them are worth trying at least twice!
- DustinAugust 15, 2018Spicy bacon is spicy. Don’t let the line scare you off; your order is ready 60 seconds after you pay.
- Antonis KalipetisFebruary 7, 2015Make sure to take the Onigilly combo and taste different things. Fast service and good quality, definitely a nice place for a quick lunch.
- Carissa CMarch 16, 2018They were all good. Spicy bacon definitely had a kick. Really liked the unagi. Filling and light at the same time. Though I did go into a rice coma after eating.
- Kim De GuzmanMay 26, 2015One of my favorite lunch spots! Cute triangular rice sandwiches with yummy fillings always hits the spot. Also, very friendly and polite service :)
- Annie 🌺 JalotaApril 14, 2018Lots of options for vegetarians, too! Half their menu had veg onigiri choices :) Fairly inexpensive and tasty when you don’t want something too heavy.
- Eggplant is my favorite onigiri and pork belly is the best rice bowl topping. Try their house green tea lemonade, its to die for (i do not say such things lightly)
- Isabelle AmblerAugust 1, 2013Pressed brown rice and a savory filling wrapped up in seaweed. Pronounced oh-knee-ghee-lee. Another diner (advised by his co-workers at a Japanese TV station) swore by the mentaiko.
- Shirley LauJune 1, 2017Good quality onigiri and just the right portion for lunch. Would come back again!
- Kian LaviJanuary 9, 2020Do yourself a favor, get three, make sure one is Ume (sour pickled plum), and douse that ish in Togarashi
- The Edamame Set is the perfect lunch at a great price. The shiitake eggplant and tuna are my favorites.
- Love that their menu is so informative! Those of us who are gluten free definitely appreciate this!
- Edamame set is great for lunch. Not too heavy and not too light. Try the spicy bacon!
- Cindy CheungJuly 28, 2015Tarako was my fav! Tastes like salted duck egg. Fishy and strong like they said. Spicy bacon was pretty spicy and I can handle it spice. Shiitake was nothing out of the ordinary.
- Santiago DuarteSeptember 5, 2014A cool place to eat japanese Onigiri. You can take out or make them yourself. Nice quick bite.
- Casey CallendrelloMay 4, 2013In the evening, they have a completely different menu. My favorites are the unagi and eggplant "tacos"! So good!
- Foxxy BFebruary 9, 2018Not in love with either the unagi or teriyaki chicken. Miso soup is OK. A little disappointed that they do not have any raw fish: all cooked. Decent spot for a quick bite; not a standout for the area.
- Bonus H.February 18, 2016I wanted it to be better than it was. Spicy bacon was a let down. Edamame set let's u try different items. I will try it again but did not blow me away first time.
- Mohnish ThallavajhulaOctober 2, 2012Try the rice bowl with spicy shrimp, chicken teriyaki and unagi.
- I am all about the rice bowl. Make sure you check out the seasonal toppings too.
- Food and service is amazing! Soboro and Spicy Bacon are soo good!
- Try their Sake-grias (Sake and Sangria) at Happy Hour! Happy Hour runs till 8pm.
- HeyunJuly 3, 2016Spicy bacon was good, but a bit too salty. Wakame salad just okay, but will come back to try other options!
