We bought all inclusive but we are disappointed woth the quality of the service and employees has attitude problems. Arvhitecture is great but it's not enough..

This hotel is playing RAVE music at all hours and they are playing ridiculous loud. People that wants to stay at a 5 star hotel and that have a minimum level of sophistication prefer different music!
