- Arrive at the Ottawa Terminal at least 1 hour before and line up at the appropriate Gate. Even weekdays are very busy,so don't think because you're going to TO or Mtl on an early bus,it won't be busy!

Jaks MSeptember 7, 2011Finally they have free WiFi here. Be otherwise prepared for a bleak & depressing station with a couple of vending machines, an ATM, some lockers and washrooms. That's it. Nothing more, nothing less.

Driver says "switch is under the bus, and nothing I can do"!? WTH?! WHY would they turn off?
