A "Chati" is a small, South American tiger cat, so the name fits this small blend of Brazilian beans well. Purr'fect blend of smoothness & complexity, emitting a nice "roar" of flavor. Serra Negra & Mogiano beans roasted at varying levels producing a very pleasurable cup of coffee. A mix of caramel, cocoa, tobacco, nutty & spicy tones throughout the whole cup. This doesn't lack flavor, nor does it over power.

Aromas of citrus blossom & fruit preserves, caramel, & whole cacao. Flavors of praline, caramelized sugar, honey lemon & orage balanced w/ warming spice & body like cocoa butter. Sweet & rich, & blends beautifully w/ milk. We choose coffees for our blend that are representative of the best attributes of the three major coffee producing regions: mellow, sweet flavors & creamy body from Latin America, citrus & ripe fruit from East Africa, & spiciness, depth, & complexity from Indonesia.
