Too Matt Bishop you have no idea what you're talking about. Everything is made from scratch. All sauces, hand cut meats, ect. Only thing that isn't is tortillas. If we had the room we'd make them too.

Despite an emphasis towards fresh ingredients on the menu, the food is mostly coming out of bags and boxes. Tortillas, vegetables, sauces, etc. are alright but clearly made en masse.

Few of my friends & I decided to venture out for "Cinco de Mayo" for the 1st time in years & decided on Papi Chulo's. Margaritas were good & food but the 2 hour wait for food was poor! Sad recall 2015

I can tell you what's not good...the service. Our order was brought out wrong two times and cold. Won't be back.
