- Lee HuffordJune 29, 2019Fancy lobby then crap rooms! My room was small, bath is awful, carpet needs replaced, and the lighting in room was too bizarre! Stay anywhere else, even if you have to pay more! Would not recommend!!!
- THE BAD: toilet paper to thin, bathroom light takes to long to warm up, soaps dry you skin, water level on toilets too high will wet your hand. THE GOOD: location, towels, tub, price. Sum up: GREAT!!
- Social Business Solutions Group LLCDecember 5, 2011Great Location if you like to be by TS and the theaters and most importantly Shake Shack
- Tanner ChristensenMay 5, 2015Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. It's remarkably dirty and run-down. You can get a better room a few blocks south at hotels like Hilton Garden Inn.
- Second time staying here. Love the room design and atmosphere
- Magdalenda DietzDecember 3, 2011Free WiFi in the lobby. Only Queen Rooms have enough space. Had to fight for what we had booked!
- Joanna YJuly 12, 2011Lobby is quite spacious and comfortable. There are a couple computers here too if you need to use internet. Bell desk charges $2/bag for storage.
- Paul BradburyMarch 26, 2015Decent hotel, well located on Times square, small rooms and starting to show its age a bit.
- Agustina PenelaJanuary 17, 2014Great lobby and location. Its unbelievable that in a four stars hotel you are required to pay wifi. Even the worst hotels offer free wifi. The room for two is too small.
- David Dobson RealtorDecember 21, 2012If your over 5.5' the rooms will be way to small for you. And the inside doesn't look anything like what's online. Stayed here a year ago and this place is headed in a very bad direction.
- SarahAugust 12, 2017The rooms are extremely small, you can barely move around or place your bag. When I first entered the room the sheets were dirty, the bathroom wasn't clean, the lights flicker, AC is very loud!!! 👎🏼
- Aimie BillonMay 14, 2013Bring clothes that don't wrinkle easily because the closets are cramped, to put it nicely...
- Julius G.May 29, 2012The Rooms are damn small. But the Hotel is awesome and its just next to Times Square.
- Lobby and frontage is all under construction so limited space and no where to meet anyone. That's Jan 2013
- Jonathan BrownfieldMarch 30, 2014They charge $2 per bag to leave your luggage with the bell hop... It is free at the W
- Jae EllisSeptember 15, 2011Close to everything..small but nice. Shower is a lil motel 6 ish and the water didn't get that hot. Overall Its ok I would stay again
- Close your toilet seat . The shelves above it are very prone to things falling off.
- AngelaNovember 21, 2011Very small rooms but I didn't come to NYC to hang out in the hotel. Nice staff and very clean.
- Alexa HarveyJune 21, 2011If you're staying here, why not make a reservation at the Ember Room 49th and 9th Read more
- Zachary KellerNovember 20, 2012Take you expectation for your shower head an lower them. Significantly.
- Karl RobstadApril 10, 2011Recently rennovated. Sounds looks like an Express store. Staff friendly, but room wasn't ready for check in until 430 so we had to wait around for 1.5 he's before checking in...
- Roni RossenmanMay 11, 2013Smal rooms, waitrd 10 min for hot water in the shower and wird smell at the lobby...
- Kimberly ROctober 8, 2010Renuvated Broadway Petite. Small room. Not much wider than single bed. Small "closet" w/ safe & 2 drawers. Dresses will bunch. Small bathroom w/ shower stall. Clean. Pricey, but nice location.
- Dan KimSeptember 22, 2012The smallest, rudest hotel I've ever stayed at. Only benefit: proximity to Hell's Kitchen and Times Square. Design is disjointed; disinterested staff makes it worse.
- Larisa MountDecember 29, 2011Our room had no towels, the radiator pipes were banging so loudly that we couldn't sleep, and the front desk was no help for either situation.
- perfect hotel to stay in NY...i go to the hotel only to sleep hahahahaha
