Be nice and give the shuttle driver a tip even if you're clutching on to your own bag. It's the right thing to do.- Excellent customer service. I always valet and get a car wash - one of the best washes in town.

Luiz Wagner NascimentoApril 16, 2012Cheaper then it's next neighbor LAX Marriott, even if you go in-out twice a day!- Valet park. It's a couple extra bucks, but you don't have to go looking for your car in the parking lot after your long trip.

DanJune 30, 2011This place sucks! I waited for an hour or a shuttle. Why? They only had one of their 6 shuttles running. Go with the parking spot or Wally park
