- Pretty nice hotel - booked "better" King and it's small- bath not so nice
- Tory BrooksFebruary 22, 2014Worst ever hotel. Paper thin walls. I listen to the man in the room next to me cough as I write this. Oh and their entire key system is down and I waited 30 minutes to be let into my room. At 11pm.
- Maíra LarangeiraJuly 24, 2011Great hotel! Beatiful view of Market street on 21st floor, right lane. Bring a jacket if You're In a conference
- Jim SchnobrichOctober 16, 2015Walls are like paper, room next to me had. Party until 4am - I got NO sleep!
- DanNovember 4, 2011Free wifi and parking for Platinum guests! Also upgrades to higher floors for amazing views!
- If you're put in a handicapped room, the shower head doesn't go higher than 5 feet. You also get two peep-holes on the door.
- Zachary ChastainApril 13, 2013I'm not sure if this is always the case, but the lincoln town car limo only costs $3 more than taking a taxi to the airport!
- Room 2419 overlooking the Moscone Center and the Meteron! Awesome!
- IşınAugust 12, 2012No Wi-Fi in some parts of the room. Room is cold but clean. Overlooking Museum of Modern Art.
- Don't forget to request a FREE fridge! The one in the room is loaded with expensive drinks. At least the fridge they bring for you is a nice size.
- A "full service" metropolitan hotel that STILL does not provide lunchtime room service or late evening room service. Time to FINALLY step up your game Westin
- Rita Minassian ChelalaApril 28, 2012Try the restaurant Ame at the St Regis hotel. Great tasting sashimi!
- The staff doesn't give you the time of day unless you are business oriented and wearing a suit. I'm a doctor and was barely acknowledged... It shouldn't matter your profession a guest is a guest.
- Hotel has gone way down hill in past 2 years. No room service, concierge inaccessible. Shabby.
- Def worth being a starwood preferred member. Look at this view! My new go to hotel I think!
- If you want to play a game, go to the clockbar in the evening and try to pick out which are the hookers!
- Bryan LiscinskySeptember 30, 20111701 has a great view. Rooms ending in 01 are corner rooms. Floor to ceiling window
- The multiple device tips are outdated now. You are allowed up to 5 devices now.
- No Club level lounge ! But the suites are nice - thanks for the upgrade. :)
- Great views and reasonable sized fitness room BUT NO pool
- The rooms ending in an odd number have a view of SoMa and the bay--highly recommended!
- BeccaNovember 9, 2010Preferred guest rooms on higher floors have amazing views. Absolutely my favorite westin.
- Roland NelsonNovember 26, 2011There are earphones in the gym in case you forget to bring your own ! Great !
- Ask for a room ending in 01. Best full wall of windows views of city and water.
- Chris SkaggsSeptember 12, 2012The lounge at Ducca would make a great #DDOSafeHouse. http://t.co/4BxdfWQv
- Austin VegasApril 5, 2019Bare bones, no amenities. After upgraded as Marriott member, my king room had 2 towels, no fridge, no blankets, no umbrellas to use, closet of a gym, no pool, no staff after 12 to support guests.
- Ed D.October 7, 2013Pretty standard Westin if your used to SPG hotels. Higher floors are better. This is also a high volume hotel...(meaning conference hotel). Not their best Westin but definitely not their worst.
- Suites are pretty nice here. Even just the standard ones and they have lots of them
- Michael JonesAugust 20, 2016Avoid!!! Tiny bathrooms you have to close the door to even use. Sure Starwood knows better??? Extremely disappointed given the rate ($300/night).
- HemaMarch 13, 2011Clean, smells clean, and the bed isn't mushy and soft. Got a free upgrade without asking- just because I looked miserable after arriving at midnight. Very nice staff.
- Tammy GordonFebruary 11, 2011Great hotel staff, locations, rooms... But beware room 1218 is LOUD for some reason. Maybe it's bc the elevator proximity.
- Excelent hotel. Good location, confortable rooms, but very expensive parking.
- Buy a MyWiFi device from ATT for $30 a month......or a prepaid device rather than pay $14.95 per night here.
- Raul RubioFebruary 19, 2013Great location. Service was less than expected. Much less. Being an SPG member didn't really mean much to ANYONE there except us. Ugh. At least there was a comfortable bed.
- Rooms ending in 24 are on the corners and are roughly triangular with a 30-foot wall of windows.
- David BakerOctober 10, 2012Not at all impressed with this Westin, though the location and rooms are nice. Wifi is expensive and slow. No room service between 10:30a and 5:30p. Staff not genuinely friendly. Showers not hot....
