- Hannah AlkadiJuly 19, 2021Always make your reservation online ahead of time. (There’s an AAA discount). Come as early as you can if you’re leaving your car behind and traveling out of DFW; the vans and busses get full fast.

- Call the shuttle while you're waiting for your bags. If you only have carry-on then call as you walk off the plane. The shuttle will be waiting for you!
- Kara CarrollFebruary 24, 2014You have to call park n fly, and wait at least 30 minutes standing in the heat or cold with your luggage. Meanwhile 5-6 parking spot vans have passed by....
- Robert ColeDecember 9, 2012DFW airport does not allow PNF to pick up anywhere other than the "gray courtesy van signs" they're always on the lower level of the terminals. You have to find them or PNF can't pick you up.
- If you have no checked-in bags call for the shuttle as you walk off the plane. It will be waiting for you when you exit the airport.

- NEVER enough shuttles. I counted six Parking Spot - North shuttles during my 15-minute wait. And that was AFTER I called for pick up!

- Brenda McclainJanuary 31, 2012You have to print out and bring the voucher for your next visit - wouldn't a code work?
- Use your coupons when they get unlocked or they lock up again and can not be used. Goofy- bug.
- Key is calling when the luggage belt begins. Little to no wait then!
- Nuts! If you try to use a coupon here, they claim they cannot read your park n fly card upon checkout. Two times in a row!! Bad system.
- About a 5 min wait this time. Not too shabby. Best to call, as someone else mentioned, while you're still at the baggage claim area.
