- Di RichardsJuly 10, 2017Oh my gosh! Everything was SO good! I started with the mussels in garlic & wine; then the Veal Patsy's; and finished off with the carrot cake. Wonderful meal, fabulous experience! Will be back soon!
- Eric SwainMay 10, 2013Great place! Fantastic food and brilliant service. Vinnie and Pinot will look after you! Say hello to Joe, Sal and Frank too. Highly recommend the puttanesca and the stuffed calamari. Classic stuff.
- Margaret WoodarekMay 7, 2018Everything we tasted was delicious. The servers were attentive and friendly. Chef Sal was like family. If you want to experience a real NYC restaurant, go to Patsy’s. You won’t be disappointed!
- The meatballs and cannoli are world class; the pro pick though is the pork chop with vinegar peppers (not stuffed old school option please).
- Eduardo MekitarianDecember 8, 2013Awesome! Felt like having dinner at home... The sauce is to die for! Staff very warm and attentive. A true italian experience in the USA!
- Jenna LynnJanuary 16, 2013Everything was amazing here but save room for dessert and get the cannoli cake! Also talk to sal the owner/cook- he will adjust anything on the menu for you. Class all the way!
- RafaSeptember 4, 2019Love this place atmosphere, it was frank sinatra fav restaurant in NY ❤️ food is good as any Italian restaurant ..
- Christopher DavisNovember 20, 2018The cannoli cake was phenomenal! The main dishes were good, but I feel a bit overpriced. Service was outstanding, and we loved how the owner walked the floor checking on everyone.
- The Corcoran GroupJune 24, 2011A true old-world upscale Italian restaurant – your Sicilian grandparents will love it. Try the Stewed Tripe, its delicious. And have a slice of the Cannoli Cake.
- Jan BultinckJanuary 13, 2014Clams, great antipasti, fresh pasta, Italian dishes served in style with class, super tasty. Recommend a dish? All!
- Michael LaPorteMay 4, 2019Great food, good service and walls covered with museum worthy photos and autographs.
- Try the Dirty Chopin - A martini to toast the chairman (Sinatra). Excellent experience with owner, who remembered me.
- Shari Marie RAugust 22, 2013We thought it was part of the chain Patsy's Pizzeria in Midtown East. Not only was it run by an army of waiters in matching jackets and uniforms, but there was no pizza on the menu!!
- ScottNovember 21, 2014Eat dessert first and thank me later. The Canoli cake! It was foodgasmicly good!
- Jennifer CallahanMarch 14, 2015It's like family... Your uncles serve you fine Italian food and wine. bring your appetite #patsys #nyc

- Risa PulverMarch 21, 2014Was last here when Men had to wear Jackets. A lot has changed since but not the delicious food. Stellar service and an extensive menu. Molto buono.
- This is beyond a shadow of a doubt my absolute favorite restaurant in the world
- Leigh SansoneMay 2, 2014Mediocre but SUPER expensive. Beautiful ambience. I ate Caesar salad, veal parmagiana, & the Napoleon. Dressing drowned salad but was ok, veal not good (spongy, but tasty sauce), Napoleon soggy. Pass
- Try the Rigatoni Bolognese - Perfect Sunday dinner for a cool December night.
- Been coming here for 50+ years and never had a bad meal!
- Amazing family-run Italian experience. Love the red sauce and the hospitality. Tell Joe, Sal, Frank and Vinnie that I sent you!
- Gabin RubinDecember 14, 2022New management is horrible, rude & atrocious. My mom has been a regular patron for over 50 years and will never return. She was thrown out, as were others, for asking questions. See Google review
- Kevin O'wingsOctober 14, 2018As a guy covered in tattoos I do feel people think I am a bad tipper. So my old waiter was kinda a dick. But foods good.
- Leah Zelazny PoswolskyDecember 24, 2011Veal meatballs were delicious.. Also received a holiday gift of tomato sauce with recipes!

http://www.cnn.com/2011/OPINION/07/17/greene.sinatra.patsys/index.html - Kit WilliamsSeptember 11, 2013The food was ok.i had a $41 steak which was ok but nothing great. The potato side was delicious and crunchy, yet soft. And not once did the waiter come and ask me how was food:/
- Shari Marie RAugust 22, 2013Food was good but Bread wasnt warm when served. The curbside appeal looks different from inside decor. Super old school, attracting older clientele.
- Chris VitaleNovember 24, 2016I was really disappointed with their unwillingness to separate the checks. You'd think I asked for the codes to the nukes.
