Social News NetworkJune 28, 2012The Pearland Town Center is an outdoor shopping center with great stores and variety of eateries close by. Traffic can get pretty bad during rush hour because it is so close to downtown Houston.- Pearland Town Center has all the benefits of a mini mall but all outside. Restaurants are awesome with a wide variety. This my favorite lunch-time browsing venue*

Great little outdoor mall. Fun to take long walks outside.- Luv it, a lot of my fave stores here...parking is a challenge but hey...
The driving here can be scary, as no one has stop signs or common sense.

Paul FuryApril 2, 2011Park on the outer lots. If you drive "inside" you run the risk of getting stuck for 20 in a line of cars.
This is what form over function looks like...parking is a problem.
It looks like they wanted to make a suburban Highland Village. It hurts my soul to have to come to this place.
Not worth it. Not a lot of variety. Go to a real mall.
