2010 Pinot Gris – Sold Out
This crisp and refreshing white wine mimics the sensation of jumping into lake pend oreille on a hot summer day. Look for aromas of gardenia and honeysuckle along with crisp granny smith apple and river rock flavors, finishing with a lemon zest and generous viscosity. 2010 Viognier
The coyote canyon vineyard is located in the horse heaven hills overlooking the columbia river where it divides oregon and washington. This site has proved to be one of the most flavorful grape producing areas in washington.
2010 Chardonnay
Vickers vineyard is located on the sunny slope near caldwell, idaho. Owner kirby vickers and steve meyer share similar philosophies on chardonnay making this a perfect pairing of winemaker and vineyard grower. We barrel ferment and then age in french oak barrels to bring out the flavors of peach and butterscotch. Enjoy this wine with fish, poultry, pasta or hard cheeses. (344 cases)

2008 Syrah
This syrah is blended from vineyards throughout the columbia valley: coyote canyon, lawrence and freepons vineyards. These various lots combine to create one of the most complex syrahs released to date.
2008 Cabernet Sauvignon
This cabernet sauvignon blends the wines made from three fabulous vineyards: dionysus (38%) , coyote canyon (38%) , lawrence vineyard (24%) . Aromas of cherry and black rasperry set the stage for a mouthful of flavor and supple tannin to frame this wine. This fruit driven wine compliments comfort foods in the winter or zesty anti- pasto before dinner.
2008 Cabernet Franc
The grapes are harvest from the weinbeau vineyard located on the wahluke slope where the great missoula flood created a huge edy that deposited rich soils from the rocky mountains. Now this is a wonderful growing site. Very smooth flavors of strawberry and blackberry. The finish dazzles with hints of coffee and black licorice. Try with blackened salmon, asian red meat dishes or grilled steak (147cases)
2007 Merlot
50% coyote canyon, horse heaven hills, 50% wells vineyard, benton city. Maybe the best merlot we have made to date. The floral aromas are the prelude to beautiful blueberry and blackberry fruit. The silky tannins create wonderful mouth feel that lingers on your palate. Enjoy with salmon, roasted pork, or chocolate. (300 cases)

2009 Bistro Rouge
The blend for this wine is the who’s who of our cellar. We pull a little from each of our red wines to blend a wine that is “present” in the glass and full on the palate. 42%cabernet sauvignon, 38% merlot, 17% syrah, 3% cabernet franc. Yet another masterpiece of bistro winemaking. This wine is undoubtedly pleasant and delicious!

2007 Sangiovese
Located on the roza near prosser, washington in the yakima valley, the kestrel vineyard is meticulously maintained by charles smasne, vineyard manager for kestrel vineyards. The grape is one of the last to be harvested every year and this is what helps it to maintain the bright flavors. This is one of the tastiest grapes there are off the vine. This is truly a classic tuscan chianti with bright flavors of cherry and a hint of leather and earth tones. Enjoy this wine with pasta, roasted meats, and comfort food. (171 cases)
2010 Zinfandel
Zesty blackberry and pepper embrace your palate on the front end. Then coconut and leather frame the finsih of anise and licorice flavors.
2009 Petit Verdot – Sold Out
This wine, from a grape that is rarely bottled on its own, defies the reputation for petulance. Starting with aromas of pine and leather, it greets the palate with flavors of rose bud and black licorice backed by a curtain of pure cocoa and finishes with flavors of lightly roasted coffee. Enjoy as a wine to study or with hard cheeses.

Lawrence vineyard is planted in the frenchmen hills on the royal slope. The vineyard is planted with clone 2 which adds ripe fruit flavors and clone 6 which is noted for its earthy tobacco and lush tannins. Another delightful vintage from this special vineyard. Layers of crème de cassis, sweet oak and vanilla are the preamble to rich flavors of boysenberry and bramble berry. This wine lingers on the palate in an exceptionally long finish. Enjoy as a bold session wine or perfect compliment to a grilled rib eye steak.
2010 Primitivo
Coyote canyon vineyard, horse heaven hills, washington the parent grape of the zinfandel this wine is complex in flavors with aromas of sage and bing cherries, leading your palate to taste red licorice, beechnut with a hint of vanilla in the finish.
2009 Malbec, Freepons Vineyard
Mike freepons’ vineyard is located at the top of the rosa district in yakima valley. This hillside vineyard enjoys long sun exposure resulting in delicious fruit flavors with beautiful balance. This wine opens up with flavors of violets and ripe blackberries. The soft tannins reveal a background of cinnamon with a splash of plum in the finish.
2007 L’œuvre
44% cabernet sauvignon, 44% merlot, 6% malbec, 6% cabernetfranc l’œuvre is a blend of barrels selected from our various vineyards located throughout the northwest. The vineyards are all contracted by the acre which allows the winemakers to keep yields low and flavors high resulting in a true l’œuvre or work of art. This classic bordeaux style wine approaches with a delicate aroma of cedar and blueberry. Flavors of black currant, cassis, and rose petal traverse the palate and leave it with a lingering finish of smooth fruit and a touch of smoke.
