Speaking from MY own personal experience...WORST service ever. I say drive a few more exits to audi of DTLA..& ask for Juan or Valentine in the service department. They are the BEST:)

If you are in a rush and need faster service... Make your appointment tuesday thru friday... Only half staffed mondays and saturdays a.k.a only about 3 to 4 techs working
