- This is the best place to live & have pets in Manhattan. It's like living in a clean version of Central Park which is great for dogs & the kids/families love the playgrounds
Walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything throughout the buildings
its living in your own little microcosm is the middle of NYC.
Live on the top floor. No soundproofing in this building.
When the winter eat is turned on run the air con fan at night
