- Bought Lancewood cream cheese 250g tub and it weighed 230g. Called Lancewood offices 6 weeks later still no change. Consumer council told me I must email them. I told them to go and check.
- Fresh fruit and vegetables. Excellent fish and meat selection.
- Bean There coffee and range of products will keep me coming back here as well as the well-stocked Vet's Pantry outside.

- Tomatoes could be of a better quality. Tomatoes I bought a day later were getting moulds. Roses, 1 day later dying
- The aisles are narrow and always full with pallets for them to stock the shelves. You'd think they could do it before they open.

- Stock was very low on fresh salad things, but it was Xmas eve
- Russell SteynNovember 21, 2010Make sure the chair cushions in the restaurant are tied down. My son slipped off the chair.
- Watch out for inconsiderate shoppers leaving trolleys all around the shop. A disaster. They need metro cops to control traffic in there.
