I've traveled the world & have very high foodie standards. This meal is amongst the best I've ever had, incl. the honey sesame butter, brisket trofie pasta, mushroom risotto, & cheese soufflé w/guava.
The best dining experience we had in San Juan. Great food, service and atmosphere. Make a reservation via opentable if you plan on eating here during the weekend.
If you can't get a reso, take a seat at the bar, it serves the full menu & you'll still get the fine dining exp. Jason (bartender) was friendly & profssnl being able to explain each dish I ordered.

Not impressed. Had a dinner last night at Jose Enrique that was much more interesting. Service was also horrendous. Maybe an off night? To the chef: go easy on the salt for those scallops. Disgusting.
Burrata con boquerones, magret de pato, porcini risotto con cerdo y souffle de queso y chocolate. Todo estuvo delicioso, temperatura y cocción perfectas... Made in heaven! Wilo es genial y encantador!
