    This is fitness priced for the new millennium economy. Locals sweat here for the affordability and access. With 2 locations just minutes of each other. No amenities but rock bottom prices. Very busy!

    It’s a good place to go for a late night workout. Not a lot of people, very spacious and plenty of equipment to get the best out of your workout

    Tons of cardio equipment! Don't miss the ab area downstairs in the corralled off section. Great for stretching/Pilates and core exercises.

    People are cool. I don't understand the 200+ treadmill/stair machine type cardio things and only 4 bench/squat cages... Never a good time to avoid crowds with free weights. Tried 5am,2pm&10pm

    Reduce grains in your diet by spreading peanut butter on celery rather than bread. Celery is also high in natural sodium & potassium.

    At a restaurant the best side choice is by far steamed vegetables. Most everything else is packed with high sodium and calories.

    Makes no difference if it's day or night. I'm finding a way to make time & hit the gym to keep myself fit. Gym was pretty empty earlier due to the rain

    You can actually burn more calories eating celery than you take in from it. It also helps lower blood pressure!

    Do not come here within the hours of 5-9pm! Not only does it smell like straight doo doo... No one reracks the weights when done using them! Other than that this gym is awesome! :)

    Just finished a workout. This place is GREAT on early Sat mornings. No crowds. No ppl on phones talking for 5 minutes then doing a set.

    Don't you hate when someone sits on a machine does 1 set then spends the next 5-7 minutes texting or talking on the phone? Do that later. Get your sets done so the more serious can use the machines

    The new trainer is meh... I was excited to take classes here. Now not so much. Signed up to see him and he didn't show up. This is after a failed attempt at making a workout plan. May switch gyms?

    Do not cancel your planet fitness membership to go to The blink gym located up the block they are strict and will cancel your membership if they assume you are personal training some one there
