Chelsea LynneMay 29, 2014Staff is the nicest I've seen in a long time! Cleanest gym I've ever seen! They remember me by name every morning and check me in so I don't have to remember my number!
Friendly atmosphere, never have to wait for a machine... If you are a BLK Card member... HYDO BED is a MUST! Try not to fall asleep!

The busiest hours are between 5-8pm during week days. Try to come before or after and you will have a great gym experience!
Staff is overly courteous, responsive, one of the best places to go to have a decent workout.

Don't dare wear a cut-off t-shirt here. The cut-off t-shirt nazis will make you change. What a freakin joke. Might as well call the gym Women's Fitness.
