- Saron GagerMarch 29, 2015A great place to work out, however, timing is everything to avoid the crowds!
- Ben LohrkeAugust 24, 2015Actually the people are very nice and pizza Monday every night and sometimes the people take forever on the machines
- pretty pathetic for those who looks for a chick or some dude. You're here to work on yourself. Do it. Leave the superficial shit for the club.
- Try wiping down the equipment and re-racking your weights. You're not the only person working out in the gym!
- Jerold RiveraOctober 27, 2011If you want to go the extra mile, don't be scared to ask for a spot. Get those last 2 or 3 reps. Go for it!!!
- Unload your bar. Rack your weights (in order). Live above the influence.
- This place is really starting to go downhill. The bathrooms/locker rooms are filthy and have napkins and toilet paper all over. And the gym floor has equipment all over the place as well as paper.
- Busiest hours I've seen are from 5p-7p on week days.. Idk about weekends.
- Jerold RiveraOctober 24, 2011What works for me is doing 2 body parts of day. like today I'm doing chest in calves the doing a lot a treadmill.
- Mornings are great...not as busy as afternoons and evenings!
- Bob MunsonJanuary 6, 2011don't miss the bagels and pizza! they don't want you losing weight too fast
- Sarah WalterNovember 5, 2010Try to avoid peak hours - the place can get pretty packed when all the 9 to 5 people get out of work.
- Wipe down BEFORE and AFTER most people don't wipe down after use. Yuck!
- No cold water in coolers. Most of the TVs don't work.
- Watch our for the employee racing his jeep in the parking lot. Ass is gonna cause an accident.
- Wipe down before and after because most don't. Eww
