Don't be afraid to ask the staff for advice! They actually know their stuff!- Cardio equipment has it's own tv and very clean gym. Showers not so much

staff is friendly. if you need dumbbells larger than 60lbs, your out of luck.- Place is vacant early mornings... Great new equipment. Staff is courteous.
Watch Cash Cab on the elliptical machine, great motivation.
