Today was my first time working out here. Staff are friendly and it's great to finally to work out with updated equipment. My new favorite exercise equipment is the ARC Trainer.

I used to work at a Fitness 19. The fact that I see at least one staff member here cleaning every time I'm here amazes me. Very clean gym for the size and monthly fee.

The 30 minute workout is the best and hardly anyone uses it! Good for me though :-)
