Great ab workout equipment in the back corner. Make sure to explore all the different machines.
4:00pm on Friday is a good time to go if you want to avoid a crowd.- Highly recommend you do the 30 minute circuit. Great workout that goes very fast.
Close to home. Inexpensive place. Fun and open. No guessing on how to use equipment.

- This is a good time to come in if you want less of a congestion.

Staff are pretty friendly even to those trying to manipulate the system!
Better option if you like it to be more quiet and less packed than 24. I hate 24 now.
