The P.A. Ramen is a must. The pork belly puts it over the top. Also, if you like your tea strong, try the gunpowder green tea.

I am not a fan of flavor of pork fat or beef fat in 3 or 4 dishes I have tried, which were supposedly meatless. Not my thing. Well prepared dishes, nice portioning and presentation, etc. nonetheless.
