Cycling Classes
A vicious cycle is pnt fitness' version of a standard, invigorating indoor cycling class. We'll take you over hills and jumps for a great calorie torching ride! Either 45 or 60 min in length
Cycle Virgin
Whether you've never taken indoor cycling before, or you're a cycling veteran that wants a refresher, this class is for you! Get one-on-one time with the instructor for proper bike setup and then go on a ride encompassing all the the basic drills and explanation of what you should be working on!
Diva Spin
Let the diva's music of the week motivate you on a high-energy cycling class that is good for all fitness levels! Cher, britney, p!nk, madonna... you name it, and it'll be on the list
Cycle Party with Weights
Get ready for an intense, full-body, 45 min ride incorporating light weights and core exercises while on the bike. Guaranteed to tone you up while maximizing endurance! This class is not for the beginner spinner.... be prepared for tara to push you to your limits

The class for the "spinner" on the go! This is a quick 30 minute class geared at getting you in, getting your energy up and then getting you back on to the street! You know you have 30 minutes... spend it with us
Spin-a-Thon
Join us for a 90 minute ride on special weekends filled with sprints, hills and jumps! This non-stop ride is sure to test all your skills and give you the feeling of an outdoor experience
Cardio Classes
Insane Kickbox Camp
Incorporating high intensity intervals of cardio kickboxing and boot-camp regiments. Guaranteed for insane (and sweaty) results in tara's signature "fit to a t" format! This is a workout developed to tone and tighten you entire body. Read a review on our press page
Sweat Shop
This high intensity class offers a full-body workout, focusing on strengthening in a circuit-style format. You'll get a little bit of everything here, from kickbox to core training with an abdominal focused finish. All levels welcome
Happy Hour Cardio
It's an early time - by request! 5:30Pm, come in and get a full-body workout incorporating cardio and strength circuits and be home in time for dinner
Double Trouble
2 Segments, 20 minutes each. Body sculpting and core training to start, then cycling through the finish. Tone and tighten while developing strength and endurance simultaneously
Bootcamp
Sometimes indoor, sometimes outdoor! This is a special class incorporating drills and weights and lots of tough fitness fun
Zumba
This class is not a workout… it’s a party! No previous dance experience needed. Get into class and see what all the hype is about... you'll love it! It's a perfect class for all fitness levels
