- Elif GumrukApril 2, 2015They serve the best breakfast in the Seattle area. Great fresh ingredients, and always a good freshly brewed coffee. I always drop by at least once when I'm in the area.
- Laura G AdamsJuly 9, 2016We were looking for a nice place to eat after visiting the Locks and found this place just a short walk away. Great service and the Dungeness crab eggs benedict was delicious!
- Liz BrownNovember 29, 2014One of my fave brunch places in Seattle and seriously worth the wait! Coffee is amaze. They have gluten free and vegan options. Definitely get the pancakes and do the fruit bar.
- Jennifer MislinskiJanuary 23, 2013I prefer this location over the South Lake Union area one, it's smaller and quieter. The baked french toast is amazing. The portions could feed a small country, so show up hungry.
- Ulysses .April 29, 2019$51 with tip for 2 parents and a baby - delicious food, but waits are long (1.5 hours) on weekends. What’s the deal with 3 huge political posters though? I came here to eat, not to be preached to.
- DenMom & MoMo WMay 4, 2014All in all - really good. Maybe a bit pricey, but, given it's a good GF place, worth it. Waitstaff leaves something to be desired. Rest of staff was really good.
- For a great gluten-free breakfast, order the buckwheat pancake "Dave's Way" - you get an egg on the side. Then hit the toppings bar for a delicious helping of fruit and/or whipped cream or syrup!
- Lauren PowellSeptember 26, 2015The vegetable frittata was so good! Topped with delicious goat cheese. I will be back and order it again.
- Joey BrantleyOctober 13, 2015Had Phil's breakfast. Potatoes were just ok. Toast and bacon were both great. Definitely want to try their breakfast bar!
- Always great food and service... Pro Tip: make online reservation a couple of days prior to going~
- Get the NoWait app and get in the queue. You can see the wait time in the app!
- Radhakrishnan Ravi VigneshNovember 2, 2022Tried the Oat Cobbler French Toast and the crab cake Benedict. Loved both of them.
- H SofiaSeptember 29, 2010Prawn and chicken salad with udon noodles is delicious. Prawns taste very fresh; chicken breast is a bit dry but well seasoned; and the seasonal veggies are flavorful.
- Great brunch menu, try the spiced apple cider mimosa and red flannel hash.
- H SofiaSeptember 29, 2010Kid friendly - high chairs, large bathroom with changing table, friendly staff, plenty of space between tables and adjacent to kids' consignment shop. Only ? is parking situation?
- Robby DelawareJune 22, 2012The Ballard Portage Bay. It's about 3 years old or so. There's several Portage Bay locations in Seattle. It's ok, not a greasy spoon. Classy and sophisticated.
- Calvin TingJanuary 2, 2014If you order the Migas, be sure to add the slow roasted pork. So satisfying.
- Jen ElmerOctober 1, 2011The French toast is amazing and you can do wonders with the toppings bar. Also be sure to try the potatoes!
