Flora ChengJune 8, 2017Clean and new. Front desk staff is helpful. They have infused water in the lobby.
Tyler and Scott (morning and evening concierge lounge attendants respectively) are absolutely great! Super sweet, frequently go above and beyond, and know a ton about PDX if you need tips/directions!
The best features of this hotel are the great location and nice views. My room was spacious, comfortable, with a big window. The night clerk wasn't hospitable but the rest of the staff were friendly.

If your getting a double bedded room ask for 13th floor or above otherwise you have a view of the parking garage next to the hotel. ;)
Pros: great staff and a lovely view of the city. Cons: Thin walls and a really loud refrigerator.
Ask for a room off Washington, as the trash collection is extremely noisy early in the morning on that side, especially if you are on a lower floor.
Great locations, walking distance to some great spots around town.
- If you bring your car, park in PMC Parking across Broadway just one block north. It's $17/day as opposed to the Marriott's $31.

Jesse DosherNovember 19, 2009Had the worst Manhattan ever in the lounge here. My friend had a Gin and tonic she sent back. How can you mess up a G&T? Lackluster service as well. Rooms are nice though.
