The superhuman workout definitely worked up a sweat, but I'm really not a fan of shoes-on yoga moves. Totally throws off posture.

For Pilates enthusiasts, the Open Mat class is a real work-out! For newbies, the Intro Mat class is not intimidating and still provides a good stretch.
