Classic Super Club
Malted wholegrain bread, sliced British chicken breast, beech-smoked bacon, freshly sliced tomatoes, salad leaves, free-range mayo, pret seasoning, we haven’t called this sandwich ‘super’ for nothing – it’s amazingly high in protein, so it’ll keep you full all afternoon (which means less grazing) . enjoy it with a vitamin volcano smoothie for a dose of protective antioxidants... also available in a slim (half the size, half the dough) .
Double Peppers and Harissa Humous
We mash chickpeas with rose harissa, smoked chillies and cumin to make our chunky harissa humous. We then add freshly sliced red pepper for a satisfying crunch and sweet strips of roasted red pepper. As is typical with our food we carry on adding ingredients (tomatoes, spinach and whole-leaf basil) until the sandwich is ready to topple over and then stuff it into a box.
Eggs Florentine Bloomer
7-grain bloomer bread (we counted) , free-range egg, Italian matured cheese, freshly sliced tomatoes, baby leaf spinach, free-range mayo, pret seasoning, our boiled eggs are both British and free range and they are hand sliced onto Italian matured cheese, topped with fresh tomato and then covered with a generous scrunched up handful of baby spinach leaves. a gorgeous, luxurious treat!
Kid's Cheese Sandwich
Malted wholegrain bread, croxton manor matured cheddar cheese, butter, this creamy mature cheddar is thickly sliced and tastes fabulous with a dab of butter. Cut into 4 this sandwich looks attractive, but children beware: don’t let a grown-up try it or it will be gone in a flash!
Kid's Tuna Mayo
Malted wholegrain bread, red onion, pole and line caught skip jack tuna mayo pole and line fishing is better than other types because it targets individual species, in this case the skip jack and gives all the other species of marine life the chance to carry on bubbling away and to play all sorts of water sports. World fish stocks are declining rapidly so we must do everything we can to fish in a sustainable manner. Our tuna mayo is mixed up with red onions, capers, spring onions and lemon juice. Good for our kids, good for our tuna!
Mature Cheddar and Tomato Chutney Bloomer
7-qrain bloomer bread (we counted) , croxton manor matured cheddar cheese, Italian matured cheese, sundried tomato and roast pepper chutney, freshly sliced tomatoes, baby leaf spinach lashings of tomato and roasted pepper chutney are spooned onto this indulgent bloomer with a thick slice of croxton manor mature cheddar cheese. pret cheddar is graded by experts every month and only chosen when its fine flavour of marmite and molasses is at exactly the right level. matured Italian cheese is then finely shaved onto a bed of fresh baby spinach leaves and luscious slices of ripe tomato. mayo free.
Moroccan Falafel Salad
Moroccan falafel salad malted wholegrain bread, spiced falafel, pret's yoghurt dressing, sliced red onions, freshly sliced tomatoes, freshly sliced cucumber, fresh coriander pret falafels are baked, never fried. These dainty balls are seasoned with mystical spices (cumin, coriander, nutmeg, chilli and cloves) and freshly prepared for you in our wonderful kitchens with greek yoghurt, slices of red onion, tomato and cucumber and a scrunched up handful of fresh coriander. Lovingly layered on our gorgeous granary bread.
Scottish Smoked Salmon
Malted wholegrain bread, scottish smoked salmon, lemon juice, butter, pret seasoning.The gi dieter’s dream (I.E. It’s a great lunch for keeping you full through the afternoon) . Smoked salmon actually has 2o% more protein than red meat, however, it is low in vitamin c so choose an orange juice to go with this delicious sandwich.
Wild Crayfish and Avocado Bloomer
7-grain bloomer bread (we counted) , wild crayfish, avocado, pret's yoghurt dressing, rocket leaves, lemon juice, pret seasoning.A classic combination of sweet, delicious wild crayfish and fresh, ripe avocado layered onto our 7-grain bloomer bread with half a tablespoon of yoghurt dressing. We add spicy rocket and sicilian lemon juice for a seafood treat.
Wiltshire-Cured Ham and Pret Pickle
Malted wholegrain bread, wiltshire-cured ham, pret pickle, freshly sliced tomatoes, free-range mayonnaise, salad leaves, pret seasoning.Pret wiltshire cured ham is hand fihleted and slowly matured in a live wiltshire cure, which gives it a deep tangy taste. The hams are then slow roasted and trimmed of fat before being sliced into this simple, delicious sandwich featuring our dark, sticky pret pickle and our four leaf crunchy gourmet mix.
Beech Smoked BLT
Malted wholegrain bread, beech smoked bacon, salad leaves, freshly sliced tomatoes, free range mayo, pert seasoning, this classic blt is made from farm assured British streaky bacon, which is cured for 5 days and beech smoked. the bacon is sliced wafer thin and then grilled until dark and crispy. we add five thick slices of tomato and our crunchy leaf mix, grown throughout the summer months in sunny hampshire. our blt tastes crisp and fresh because it is made daily in our shop kitchens by our team members. it hasn’t been made by robots and distributed in an articulated lorry. also available in a slim (half the size, half the dough) .

Edam Salad
Malted wholegrain bread, edam cheese, rocket leaves, freshly sliced tomatoes, english mustard mayo, pret seasoning, aged edam is mild with a nutty flavour and tastes great on our malted whole grain bread. We add a dollop of tangy mustard mayo, 4 slices of fresh tomato and a pile of wild rocket.
Free-Range Egg Mayo
Malted wholegrain bread, free range egg mayo, mustard cress, pret seasoning, our free-range eggs are boiled and chopped nice and chunky before being mixed with free-range mayonnaise, cracked black pepper and celery salt. Finished off with a sprinkle of mustard cress (freshly cut in the shop’s kitchen, off course) .

This is an ancient recipe using no phosphates. The hams are then gently roasted to keep them succulent and delicious. Mediterranean Bloomer
Mediterranean bloomer 7-grain bloomer bread (we counted! ) , Mozzarella, toasted pine nuts, kalamata olives, roasted tomatoes, yoghurt mayo dressing, basil, rocket leaves.Delicious mediterranean ingredients, straight from our larder on to our 7-seed bloomer bread. Slow cooked tomatoes and home roasted pine nuts are laid onto freshly sliced mozzarella and yoghurt dressing. Beautiful slices of greek kalamata olives are added along with lush basil leaves and a scrunched up handful of spicy wild rocket.

Chicken Raita Salad Wrap
Chicken raita salad wrap tortilla wrap, sliced British chicken breast, raita yoghurt dressing, roasted red peppers, sliced red onions, freshly sliced cucumber, baby leaf spinach we marinate higher welfare uk chicken and gently poach, so that it is moist and tender. we then slice it into our flame-grilled soft tortilla wrap with a generous dollop of gently spiced raita yoghurt (raita is a spiced yoghurt dressing made with finely diced cucumber and herbs. it is white with flecks of green and originates from northern india.) . we add slices of fresh red pepper, big chunky cuts of cucumber and a bouncy pile of gorgeous baby spinach leaves.

Pole and Line Caught Tuna Mayo and Cucumber Baguette
Ail freshly baked baguette, pole and line caught skip jack tuna, free-range mayo, red onion, freshly sliced cucumber this baguette has a great fat ratio. This sounds very technical (and not very appealing) but this just means that the fat in the baguette is'good fat’ which has great anti-inflammatory properties and can reduce the risk of heart disease (rather than lots of ‘bad’, saturated fat) . It is also high in both iron and zinc (to keep your hard working skin looking bright and healthy) . On the downside, you’re missing some of your fruit and veg by having this baguette for lunch so munch on an apple or tuck into a smoothie to tick that box too! Artisan baguette, cured Spanish chorizo, roasted red peppers, Italian matured cheese, mayo, rocket pret chorizo is made from higher welfare Spanish pork1 which is roughly diced and blended with authentic smoked pimenton, salt and garlic. the chorizo is slowly matured and sliced onto our french artisan baguette (made with sourdough, don't you know) with Italian double roasted red peppers, shaved Italian matured cheese and spicy wild rocket leaves.

Moroccan Humous Salad Wrap

Artisan baguette, rare beef, horseradish, watercress, butter.You could go on a shopping trip to new york in the time it takes to cook our rare roast beef. Our tender cut is cooked'sous vide’ incredibly slowly for a finer flavour and a wonderful melting texture. Our fine upstanding team members don’t need to add much to bring out the best of this sandwich, just an artisan baguette, fiery horseradish dressing, french unsalted butter and peppery watercress.

Rock Salt Popcorn
Our popcorn is so light it might float in a gentle breeze. It's best enjoyed in big handfuls where a few delicious kernels make it through while others slip the fingers, rolling down your front like bountiful bouncing boulders. We like to make it in small batches so we can give our butterfly corn a little extra attention. Rather than smothering them in peculiar chemicals (with even more-so names) , we like to lovingly season ours in a giant saucepan. Then it all gets turned, tumbled and slowly jumbled so every nook and cranny gets its own little bit of flavour (always good to keep things fair) before landing in your hands. Or falling onto your lap, which is part of the fun, really.

Chicken and Chorizo Hot Wrap
Pret's chorizo sausage is made from higher welfare Spanish pork and ground smoked paprika. it is matured well for that authentic flavour. we add marinated higher welfare uk chicken and gently poach until moist and tender. finally, we slice it into our flame-grilled soft tortilla wrap with double roasted red peppers, matured Italian cheese and creamy dressing.
Falafel and Halloumi Hot Wrap
Pret moroccan falafel balls are baked (never fried) and made from an exotic mix of chickpeas, red peppers, apricots, dates, herbs and spices. We add freshly grilled aubergine slices and firm textured haloumi cheese. But it’s the creamy harissa dressing, created from rose petals, ground chilli and cumin that captures the magical flavour of morocco.
Ham, Cheese and Mustard Toastie
We have created our own fresh Italian style muffin for pret’s delicious new range of breakfast butties. these dainty little bread rolls are made from a 24 hour fermented dough, kneaded with mixed seeds. once the bread has risen it is hand docked leaving dimples on the surface (rather like foccaccia) and sprinkled with a generous dusting of semolina. our ham and egg hot roll is topped with thick slices of wiltshire cured ham and a whole free range egg. we add crème fraiche dressing (made with a hint of mustard) and shaved mature Italian cheese. the ham and egg hot roll is toasted in a baker’s oven and served warm from our hot shelves.
Jalapeno Chicken Hot Wrap
A great balance of protein and carbohydrates to keep you fuller for longer. High in b vitamins, with brain-enhancing zinc.
Tuna Melt Toastie
A top toastie with a confident, punchy taste. We scoop meaty chunks of pole and line caught tuna onto multi-seeded bloomer bread, then grill it along with melting greve cheese and a scattering of posh capers. Very jolly.
British bacon breakfast roll
Our bacon roll is piled with 2 thick slices of smoked British back bacon and toasted in a bakers oven with a small dollop of french unsalted butter. breakfast is served!
Egg, Mushroom and Tomato Breakfast Roll

Ham and Egg Breakfast Roll
2 thick slices of greek halloumi cheese on our delectable 7-seed bloomer bread. This mild, firm textured cheese is perfect with harissa creme fraiche, blended with red chillies and essence of rose petal. We add double roasted red peppers, grown for us in southern italy and a generous pile of baby spinach leaves.
Italian mozzarella and pesto toastie
Another great recipe from the pret kitchen. we freshly slice Italian mozzarella, and then drizzle over two teaspoons of our own recipe pesto: basil, olive oil and pine nuts. then we add a layer of juicy tomatoes. melting and aromatic: crispy on the outside and gooey in the middle.
Swedish Meatball Hot Wrap
High in protein (to keep you feeling fuller for longer) and a good mix of the b vitamins.

Beef, Ale and Barley Soup
A rich, glossy stew made with slow-cooked scottish beef and west country brown ale. We simmer for ages with baby onions, scented thyme, pearl barley and roughly chopped flat leaf parsley. Full flavoured and chunky this is a comfort stew from the hearth of your local pret shop.
Cauliflower Cheese Soup
This year the cauliflowers are good...so good we decided to turn them into soup! We gently fry onions in butter and add crunchy cauliflower florets. The soup is slowly simmered before we add a generous slab of west country mature cheddar and a small jug of cream. This soup is then blended and is delicious with a chunk of crusty bread.
chef's Italian chicken salad
Updated with our new char-grilled chicken, this is a classic chef’s salad made with fine ingredients from our larder. We make these salads fresh in our kitchens, not in a remote factory where ‘development chefs’ have to find ‘solutions’ so that their salads look good after 4 days in a fridge. This salad is bouncy and fresh because it’s made and eaten on the same day, crowned beautifully with a handful of freshly roasted pistachios.
Cream of Chicken Soup
The comforting flavours of roast chicken and aromatic sage in an immensely satisfying soup. We simmer root vegetables until tender and blend until smooth. Generous chunks of chicken thigh are added along with chunks of roughly chopped carrot. Finally a swirl of cream is added along with finely chopped sage. Perfect for a duvet day!
Deluxe Bento Box
Our nigiris are pillows of rice covered with a thin layer of beautifully sliced salmon or a butterfly prawn. Our large rolls are filled with carrot, spinach and chopped edamame beans; the rolls are coated with black and white sesame seeds. Salmon sashimi is a pure slice of raw salmon presented on a bed of grated mooli (white radish) and carrot. Edamame beans are presented in the pod, ready for a little squeeze!
Italian meatballs soup
Herby meatballs simmered in a rich, thick tomato sauce. Rich, satisfying and dairy free.

Our miso is made from fermented barley and a cocktail of tasty seaweeds. Ridiculously healthy yes, but we’ve got even more good news. We recently reduced the salt in our miso soup by 30%! (Contains fish sauce)
Mushroom Risotto Soup
We take fresh onions, carrots and mushrooms and gently fry them in butter; we then add wild porcini mushrooms and organic vegetable bouillon and simmer for 30 mins to bring out the flavour. finally we add Italian risotto rice, fresh flat leaf parsley and a swirl of cream. no wonder this soup has made it into the pret hall of fame!

Based on a triple-pronged protein hit (puy lentil salad, Italian dry-cured proscuitto and half a hard-boiled free-range egg) , backed up by some rocket and a balsamic dressing, this very noshable salad sits somewhere between an anti-pasti and a main course. it sure packs a punch for its size!
Pea and Ham Soup
Garden peas and chopped onion are gently fried in butter and then simmered in a rich ham stock. the soup is then blended to release the fresh garden flavours. petit pois and mint are sprinkled in along with lovely chunks of cured British ham and our beautiful pea green soup is finished off with a generous swirl of cream.
Sag Aloo Soup
A yellow to orange soup stuffed full of potato and leaf spinach. The potato is cut into big chunks and are clearly visible. We use leaf spinach, not blended spinach in this soup. The contrast between the deep green leaves and attractive turmeric coloured soup is stunning. This is a spiced indian curry-style soup bursting with aromatic flavours. You can taste the cumin, turmeric, ginger and cloves, but it is also quite creamy, thanks to a dollop of tangy yoghurt
Sausage Hotpot Soup
A rich chunky stew featuring thick slices of fennel sausage and white haricot beans. To make this satisfying soup we fry onions and leeks and add red wine and tomato. We gently simmer this broth and add vegetables herbs and spices. This soup is thick and wholesome, perfect with our mini soup baguette.
Skinny Dip (Pea and Mint Humous)
A generous scoop of pea and mint humous with fresh cucumber wedges, chunky carrot batons and juicy slices of red pepper. Served with a small pile of petit pois.
Spanish chorizo and butterbean soup
Smoky Spanish chorizo provides this soup with a real flavour of the costa del sol! we use huge butterbeans and combine onion, celery, rosemary, thyme and sage and add touch of chilli for a meal which is fit for king carlos himself.
Sushi Salad
Our new sushi salad is low in fat and served with wasabi and a slice of pickled ginger. Pickled cucumber and red cabbage provide the crunch in a wonderful new shiitake mushroom and carrot rice mix. We add a couple of slices of sushi salmon and a generous scattering of north atlantic prawns, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve chilled!
Thai chicken curry soup
We fry lemongrass, garlic, red chilli and galangal into a paste and add chicken stock and coconut milk. Chicken, red pepper and mushrooms are added and simmered with sweet corn, spring onions and lime juice. Finally this creamy, aromatic broth is garnished with coriander.

Autumn Skinny Dip
We mash chickpeas with rose harissa, smoked chillies and cumin to make our chunky harissa humous. We dollop a generous portion of this spicy dip into a bowl and add freshly cut celery, beautifully crunchy baby chantenay carrots and wedges of tangy granny smith apples. Made pretty with jewels of pomegranate and fresh coriander.
broccoli and Italian cheese soup
Simply broccoli florets, celery, onion and garlic simmered with potato chunks until tender and roughly blended. we then stir in aged Italian cheese, black pepper and cream. great with crusty baguette and butter!
Chargrilled Chicken Caesar Salad
Our version of this classic salad is based on a leafy mix of cos lettuce with a sprinkling of rocket, then topped off with baked croutons. to that we add slices of the new grilled chicken breast and flakes of Italian hard cheese. as with all caesars, it’s really all about the dressing, and ours packs a punch with parmesan, lemon juice, garlic and basil all working together in perfect creaminess.
Chilli Beef and Rice Soup
We have been cooking this spicy soup for more than 5 years now and look forward to bringing it back every autumn. Maybe it’s the red chillies or perhaps the roughly minced beef or the balsamic vinegar that make it so tasty. This soup is handmade in a traditional way by frying the red peppers, onions and beef with the spices. Tomato is added along with soft kidney beans and organic vegetable stock and the soup is slowly simmered. Finally we add a ladle of long grain rice and a squirt of tangy lemon juice.
Cream of Mushroom Soup
Chestnut mushrooms have a fine nutty flavour and are gently fried with onions in butter. We add potatoes, thyme and roasted garlic and simmer until the vegetables are soft. We then blend them to silky, creamy texture. This soup is garnished with sliced mushroom and livened up with a generous swirl of cream and a good old slug of sherry.
Edamame Bowl
Simply edamame beans in the shell, briefly boiled, sprinkled with salt and served chilled in a pot.
Lentil and Coconut Curry Soup
This is a dhal style curry, in soup form. To make a good dhal toast cumin seeds, mustard seeds, black onion seeds, cardamom and fenugreek to release the aromatic flavours and only then can you add the onions. They must be simmered gently until they are falling apart. Add red lentils, coconut milk and tomatoes and you're almost there but for the secret ingredient, toasted coconut. Garnish with leaf spinach and coriander.
Minestrone Soup
Great minestrone is cooked with authentic Italian cheese, chunky vegetables, pasta and tomatoes. we fry onions, celery, carrot and garlic in olive oil and add roughly chopped courgettes, carrots and red peppers. we stir in fresh flat leaf parsley and rosemary. next comes the Italian pecorino cheese and short lengths of spaghetti. we tried to add more ingredients but they wouldn’t fit!
Moroccan Chicken Soup
Good north african food is a mysterious blend of herbs, dried fruits and spice. Our moroccan chicken soup is flavoured with chopped organic apricots, cinnamon and red chilli. It is simmered with generous chunks of chicken thigh and nutty chickpeas.

Layers of wild crayfish and avocado, on a bed of salad leaves, served with a separate little pot of french dressing so you can enjoy your lunch dressed or undressed! No Bread Moroccan Chickpea
This is a double chickpea hitter: first off there is our tried and much loved hummus, scattered with a few jewels of pomegranate, and then in the other corner there’s the harissa-deressed chickpea salad. Harissa is spicy moroccan chilli paste that is fragrant with cumin, caraway, garlic, mint, and lemon juice. It’s fiercely impressive in both colour and taste. Some welcome cool freshness is supplied by a rocket base, as well as a little side-salad of mustard cress, coriander and lemon.
Pret's Classic Tomato Soup
A thick chunky tomato soup, enhanced with the flavour of herbs and white wine. We cook this soup in a traditional way. First we fry onions and garlic in olive oil, next we pour in the white wine, organic vegetable stock and tomatoes and finally finish off with herbs and a swirl of cream. Simple, classic and very moreish.
Salmon and Prawn Sushi
Sushi nigiri is a vinegared rice pillow with a beautifully cut, firmly textured slice of fresh salmon wrapped over the top. Ours are freshly made by hand. Sushi should be sold fresh! Our salmon and avocado rolls are coated in roasted sesame seeds and bound in nori roll, made from grilled seaweed. Serve with our natural wasabi and pickled ginger, what a treat!

Welcome to our new tuna salad, where we’ve added sliced free-range egg, onion, capers and tomato. A welcome burst of freshness is supplied by a base of crispy leaves, our friend the cucumber and a sharp-shooting wedge of lemon.
Smokey Root Veg and Bean Soup
A smoking bowl of beans and chunky root veg simmered in the pot for flavour. Melting butter beans, speckled pinto beans and dainty cannellini are simmered with chunky carrot, swede and parsnip. Unfortunately, coffee making is never that easy! This strong, tall espresso coffee needs just as much care to make as any other. Not only must the water be filtered correctly (to ensure every pret americano tastes as good as the last) but the temperature is vital. Too hot and we could burn the coffee, too cold and your coffee might not make it all the way to work with you. Traditionally the americano is for lunch or just after (of course we don’t mind when you have one) . Cappuccino

The trick is to let some air sneak in during the steaming process, this makes it foamy and a little lighter than a latte. By doing this a cappuccino is stronger to taste (more air less milk) . Banana Cake Slice
Our banana cake is crammed with both banana pulp and chunks. Each slice is topped with a cream cheese icing. No wonder its so moist and delicious.
Choc Bar
This is an old fashioned'fridge cake' like the ones you used to make when you were little; crushed digestive biscuits, sultanas and golden syrup topped with chocolate and left to set in the fridge. Peppermint creams, cornflake cakes and jam tarts are next on the list!

They have outgrown the bedsit though and now bake everything their beautiful bakery filled with lovely cake!

Pret a Mango
Produced in south africa, our mango is a delicious, nutritious and seasonal mouthful of goodness. Plucked from the tree at the point of perfect ripeness, our mangos are peeled and sliced by hand, before being dried for nearly 20 hours. Nothing complicated, everything good.

Breakfast
British Bacon Breakfast Roll
Our bacon roll is piled with 2 thick slices of smoked British back bacon and toasted in a bakers oven with a small dollop of French unsalted butter. Breakfast is Served!
Ham and Egg Breakfast Roll
We have created our own fresh Italian style muffin for Pret’s delicious new range of breakfast butties. These dainty little bread rolls are made from a 24 hour fermented dough, kneaded with mixed seeds. Once the bread has risen it is hand docked leaving dimples on the surface (rather like foccaccia) and sprinkled with a generous dusting of semolina. Our ham and egg hot roll is topped with thick slices of Wiltshire cured ham and a whole free range egg. We add Crème fraiche dressing (made with a hint of mustard) and shaved mature Italian cheese. The ham and egg hot roll is toasted in a baker’s oven and served warm from our hot shelves.
Chef's Special
Chorizo and Rocket on Artisan
Pret chorizo is made from higher welfare Spanish pork, which is roughly diced and blended with authentic smoked pimenton, salt and garlic. The chorizo is slowly matured and sliced onto our French artisan baguette (made with sourdough, don’t you know) with Italian double roasted red peppers, shaved Italian matured cheese and spicy wild rocket leaves.
Mediterranean Bloomer
Delicious Mediterranean ingredients, straight from our larder on to our 7-seed bloomer bread. Slow cooked tomatoes and home roasted pine nuts are laid onto freshly sliced mozzarella and yoghurt dressing. Beautiful slices of Greek Kalamata olives are added along with lush basil leaves and a scrunched up handful of spicy wild rocket.
Sandwiches, Baguetts and Wraps
Eggs Florentine Bloomer
Our boiled eggs are both British and free range and they are hand sliced onto Italian matured cheese, topped with fresh tomato and then covered with a generous scrunched up handful of baby spinach leaves. A gorgeous, luxurious treat!
Incredible Egg Baguette
Peeling an egg isn’t as simple as it sounds. Each one must be carefully inspected for errant shards of shell and we only use perfect British free range eggs in this incredibly satisfying baguette. We add flavour with a spoonful of English mustard mayo, freshly sliced tomatoes and a scrunched up handful of wild rocket. Served on our crusty white baguette.
Chicken and Chorizo Hot Wrap
Pret's chorizo sausage is made from higher welfare Spanish pork and ground smoked paprika. It is matured well for that authentic flavour. We add marinated higher welfare UK chicken and gently poach until moist and tender. Finally, we slice it into our flame-grilled soft tortilla wrap with double roasted red peppers, matured Italian cheese and creamy dressing.
Rare Beef and Horseradish on Artisan
You could go on a shopping trip to New York in the time it takes to cook our rare roast beef. Our tender cut is cooked ‘sous vide’ incredibly slowly for a finer flavour and a wonderful melting texture. Our fine upstanding team members don’t need to add much to bring out the best of this sandwich, just an artisan baguette, fiery horseradish dressing, French unsalted butter and peppery watercress.
Moroccan Falafel Salad Sandwich
Pret falafels are baked, never fried. These dainty balls are seasoned with mystical spices (cumin, coriander, nutmeg, chilli and cloves) and freshly prepared for you in our wonderful kitchens with Greek yoghurt, slices of red onion, tomato and cucumber and a scrunched up handful of fresh coriander. Lovingly layered on our gorgeous granary bread.
Pret's Chicken Waldorf Baguette
A juicy combination of marinated higher welfare British Chicken, shredded Granny Smith apples and walnut halves. We add new season Crimson grapes, baby spinach leaves and a generous dollop of our yoghurt dressing. Served on our crusty white baguette.
Moroccan Humous Salad Wrap
We mash chickpeas with rose harissa, smoked chillies and cumin to make our chunky harissa humous, then add freshly sliced red onion and thick wedges of cucumber. Next comes our creamy, dreamy yoghurt dressing, a generous handful of salad leaves and fresh coriander, served lovingly wrapped in a flame-grilled tortilla wrap.
Double Peppers and Harissa Humous Sandwich
We mash chickpeas with rose harissa, smoked chillies and cumin to make our chunky harissa humous. We then add freshly sliced red pepper for a satisfying crunch and sweet strips of roasted red pepper. As is typical with our food we carry on adding ingredients (tomatoes, spinach and whole-leaf basil) until the sandwich is ready to topple over and then stuff it into a box.
Wild Crayfish and Avocado Bloomer
A classic combination of sweet, delicious wild crayfish and fresh, ripe avocado layered onto our 7-grain bloomer bread with half a tablespoon of yoghurt dressing. We add spicy rocket and Sicilian lemon juice for a seafood treat.

A seasonal fruit juice made from 100% natural ingredients.
Autumn Skinny Dip
We mash chickpeas with rose harissa, smoked chillies and cumin to make our chunky harissa humous. We dollop a generous portion of this spicy dip into a bowl and add freshly cut celery, beautifully crunchy baby Chantenay carrots and wedges of tangy Granny Smith apples. Made pretty with Jewels of pomegranate and fresh coriander.
Soups
Smokey Root Veg and Bean
A smoking bowl of beans and chunky root veg simmered in the pot for flavour. Melting butter beans, speckled pinto beans and dainty cannellini are simmered with chunky carrot, swede and parsnip. Our soup chef gently stirs in chopped plum tomatoes, smoked paprika and herbs. He then just sits down and watches the soup as it cooks. You can’t rush a good thing!
Thai Corn on the Hob
To cook our Thai Corn Soup our chefs make up a fresh aromatic curry paste from lemon grass, chillies and lots of other gorgeous herbs and spices. We blend the soup with coconut, and juicy kernels of sweetcorn and finish it off with coriander and a swirl of cream.
Cauliflower Cheese
This year the cauliflowers are good...so good we decided to turn them into soup! We gently fry onions in butter and add crunchy cauliflower florets. The soup is slowly simmered before we add a generous slab of West Country mature cheddar and a small jug of cream. This soup is then blended and is delicious with a chunk of crusty bread.
Pea and Ham
Garden peas and chopped onion are gently fried in butter and then simmered in a rich ham stock. The soup is then blended to release the fresh garden flavours. Petit pois and mint are sprinkled in along with lovely chunks of cured British ham and our beautiful pea green soup is finished off with a generous swirl of cream.
Chilli Beef and Rice
We have been cooking this spicy soup for more than 5 years now and look forward to bringing it back every autumn. Maybe it’s the red chillies or perhaps the roughly minced beef or the balsamic vinegar that make it so tasty. This soup is handmade in a traditional way by frying the red peppers, onions and beef with the spices. Tomato is added along with soft kidney beans and organic vegetable stock and the soup is slowly simmered. Finally we add a ladle of long grain rice and a squirt of tangy lemon juice.
Minestrone
Great minestrone is cooked with authentic Italian cheese, chunky vegetables, pasta and tomatoes. We fry onions, celery, carrot and garlic in olive oil and add roughly chopped courgettes, carrots and red peppers. We stir in fresh flat leaf parsley and rosemary. Next comes the Italian Pecorino cheese and short lengths of spaghetti. We tried to add more ingredients but they wouldn’t fit!
