Our Signature Grilled Protein Bar-ritos have half the calories of most burritos since we use warm organic quinoa instead of rice and a low-cal whole wheat wrap instead of a flour tortilla. Our Chilled Bar-ritos feature our house-made sauces, organic or all-natural proteins, and are rolled in our low-cal whole wheat wrap.

Blended Drinks

The ingredients you see listed are the only ingredients you get—our blended drinks have no added syrups, concentrates, or juices. The sugar found in Protein Bar’s blended drinks comes from the naturally-occurring sugars in fresh fruit and milks and is easily converted to energy by the body.

Start with your choice of protein (whey, soy, or egg), choose a milk (2%, skim, almond, or soy), and add an optional boost at no charge. Some drinks have yogurt in them, and you have a choice of that, too (nonfat, Greek, or soy).

Our chili recipes were perfected during a 72-hour non-stop cooking spree in the final days prior to Protein Bar opening. We like to think our recipes are second to none and if Chicago ever had a chili contest, we’d enter them. Oh, and both our chilis are gluten-free.
