Carmelle JJune 21, 2016Hotel door locks are very inconvenient and hard to open, free wifi is only good for one device, receptionists are VERY RUDE (esp. Mario Aberte/Abrete not sure of last name) WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN
Hotel is ok for the price, but staff doesn't really speak German and the wifi is terrible. Even I'm gold member I got a slow 500 mb per day internet access. Food in the restaurant is recommended.

Die Zimmer und das Frühstück sind ok. Das “Premium-WLAN“ für knapp 5€ ist instabil und absurd langsam. Das Personal an der Rezeption erscheint wenig kompetent und träge.
