An entirely vegetarian menu, but don't worry there's something for everyone. Don't leave without trying the apple panini and one of their unique milkshake flavors.- Emily, Merchandising.

Love the concept, good food, but in four years of coming here the staff are usually pretty rude/not bothered. Would be in love w this place if the staff were friendlier!

The Quiet Storm has an excellent brunch menu. Be sure to try the milkshakes (any shake can be made vegan too)!

Slow but cheerful service. My coconut burrito was delicious and a substantial amount of food for a good price ($9).

The Spicy Peanut wrap is amazing. Also, you can't go wrong with their chai milkshake.

Grab something healthy to eat and take advantage of free WiFi. You'll feel good about yourself and get something done at the same time.

Try the GLE (Ginger, Lemon, Echinacea) tea! Perfect for cold days (or days with a cold) and you can get 3 steeps from a pot!

Eggs are collected from friendly free range chickens at a co-op actually IN shady side. Makes for a frittata the eats like a lasagna.

Check out their beverage menu! But keep in mind that a lot of their flavors in their shakes are just from syrups.

This place can totally be hit or miss when it comes to service but if (and sometimes that's a big if) you get food it is really good food.

Decent vegetarian food (not as good as it used to be) and aside from 2 servers, this place has the worst service in the east end.
