Has been renovated but their concierge is nonexistent. No shuttles anywhere, and when they say "help procure tickets," they mean give you a number to call. The bell hops are cool though.
Hotel was clean, but dated. Certainly wouldn't stay again if I had the choice. The sleep number bed may have been a nice touch, but not understanding to work it resulted in a poor nights sleep.
