- Suggest a room on the 7th floor! I've stayed in around 10 different rooms in this hotel and the 7th was the nicest and the only one I had with a mini fridge and microwave.
- Take advantage of the free happy hour from 5-7 and continental breakfast on the concierge floor. Phyllis is great!

- Good location near local sites, bars and restaurants. Jones Park nearby is a good place for a jog or walk.

- Sunday Brunch at the Orchard is a great way to start a wonderful day in Downtown.
