Rosie ElizabethDecember 29, 2014You can use your ticket to go during the day and then come back again at night to see the kiwi birds. A nice place to see some of New Zealand's native birds as well as feed the trout & see a tuatara- Cinzia JonathanAugust 7, 2014Come in early so you can enjoy the whole experience! Don't forget to come back at night with their all day ticket to see 4 kiwi in their night enclosure!

Rest your hand on the stone wall and stay very still - a curious kiwi may come over and sniff your hand with its beak!- Arrive early to avoid the queues for the Big Splash ride on the weekends, public holidays and school holidays. Park opens at 8am, Big Splash starts operating at 9am

Katie ChalmersJune 19, 2011Really lovely day out but they have ditched the animals and really are just a bird park, at $30 per adult, it's too much money.
The animals have moved to a new enclosure not gone altogether. Project Big Splash will add a completely new dimension to this business in early 2012.
