- James ElliotMay 9, 2014Some of the folks who stayed and left negative comments are azz.nothing wrong with the rooms here.my second year to visit Philly I and choose to stay here for a second time. This place is just fine! ♡
- I've stayed here twice in the last few months. Everyone was pleasant from the front desk to concierge lounge and housekeeping. I enjoyed it being quiet, friendly and clean. Food/service were great!
- Start your vacation early! Great park and fly package. Stay the night before flight, swim in pool, leave car, and shuttle easily to airport.
- Vera PerezAugust 15, 2017Comfortable Place. Approachable staff. Indoor pool and gym. Lacks visual information on schedules (pool hours, etc). Not big on entertainment but for that you have the city. Dorsey's is really good.
- Margot VigeantOctober 16, 2014Really cool and lovely lobby, fun to hang out in. Free shuttle from the airport, but you must call for pickup.
- Jeffrey is the best shuttle driver ever !! and if you use him tell him he was recommended from the old people from the South...Lmao Chris and Paula !
- Pat MoranSeptember 20, 2014Shuttle to airport allows easy access to local trains to get all around town. Hotel is quiet. Looks nice from recent renovation. Unimpressive restaurant - diner fare for breakfast, unstable tables
- Chris VitaleSeptember 14, 2016Airport hotels are usually beat up pretty badly however this one was a pleasant surprise. Overall it was nice and is a place I'd stay again.
- Russell DAugust 9, 2012Room was clean and nice. Did have a great view if the scaffolding outside my window from the renovations being done. I do plan on returning when I am in the area.

www.renhotels.com. Live Life to Discover. - JL Johnson @User47September 23, 2013As with all Marriott properties Wi-Fi is free for gold and platinum members. HOWEVER speeds are capped at 3 MB per second and you're allowed only 200 MB of data per day. LAME!
- FYI playing marco polo in an indoor pool is really obnoxious since it echos throughout the entire hotel and into the rooms.
- Jennifer SchwabeJune 3, 2012No complaints. Pool was nice, checked thoroughly and saw NO bedbugs or critters. Very comfy beds. Close to airport. Would stay here again. Kids enjoyed it.
- Stay here regularly! Front desk staff very pleasant. Haven't had any problems with Bedbugs! Breakfast buffet is nice!
- They have updated the hotel and fix a lot of the previous issues. Nice place now!
- Indigent PrincessSeptember 10, 2012Kind of a dated, depressing hotel in a lonely location but the front desk staff was helpful and the room is very clean. No sign of BBs. Aveda products in the bathroom are a nice touch.
- Robert HartApril 22, 2013Patrick at the front desk is the man! Hardest working concierge staff I've ever seen.
- Becky Ingold HenningOctober 6, 2012Front desk staff very helpful and friendly!! Older building but nice enough rooms.
- JL Johnson @User47September 23, 2013Not terrible, as others suggest. However, definitely not worthy of the Renaissance name. Lobby/bar are great but the rooms are very old and could use a deep cleaning. Finally, the staff is… unrefined.
- Alexis SApril 25, 2011Southwest airlines sent me here for a night- it was great. Friendly staff, clean room.
- Vernie JuecoJuly 20, 2019Rude staff! Especially the one for room service! The fck change your job if you’re not happy!
- BrownSuga (aka:Anita)August 4, 2012No bb in my room. Hotel seems old. Yellowing towels and sheets. Employees very friendly and helpful if you ask nicely.
- Bitchy BangsNovember 13, 2011Welcome to Hotel hell, where you already have bedbugs as your bed mates, cockroaches in the tub, and defective toilets DO NOT STAY IN THIS CESS POOL!!! Your safer staying IN an actual CESS pool!!!!!!
- LisaJanuary 7, 2012Hair covering the pillow when we came in. Also found a bed bug in our room. Will read the Foursquare tips before booking a hotel from now on.
- Bitchy BangsNovember 13, 2011The burned out Econo Lodge next to the dirty book store would be a safer place to say at.
- Jennifer PinderFebruary 21, 2011love the hotel robe left in my room, came in handy after a dip in the pool (brr)
- Tortilla soup is good and dont use the fancy treadmill or elliptical, the normal ones are better...
- David MileyFebruary 27, 2013Hands down the worst Marriott property that I have ever encountered.. Bed and table were covered in hair and there were nail clippings all over the carpet. Also evidence of prior bed bug infestation.
- Michael ThompsonOctober 25, 2010Don't stay in room 306 or 7. Right across from the employee door that woke me up several times during the night.
- Justin CoffiApril 21, 2011During my stay a co-worker found bed bugs in two different rooms. This on 4/19/2011 and 4/20/2011. I won't be staying at this location again.
- Shawn CosnerSeptember 8, 2011Don't stay here! This is the nastiest Renaissance hotel in the Marriott chain! My room is very dirty and stuff is broken. The person who checked me hadn't washed or ironed his uniform in days
- Mirko PintarAugust 27, 2011...front desk? Not sure they know what they suppose to know....other wise friendly personnel...
- Brendten EickstaedtAugust 1, 2011Ok hotel, especially for PHL. Most hotels around the airport are much crappier than this one.
- Jennifer PinderFebruary 19, 2011Trophies does not serve food after midnight even though they are open until 1 :( And good luck getting room service or anyone else on the phone :( Nice rooms but rude staff
- Randy PriceApril 23, 2013Check your bed found bugs, hair (pubic & skull) in my bed. This place is a DUMP. Would have been better sleeping in my car.
