Nice hotel, very good location and friendly service. Facilities are quite extensive, big gym, pool and lots of food options. Their laundry service did mess up one of my shirts though.

Breakfast buffet @ temptation is great. Excellent service. Staffs and chefs are friendly they greet you :) jap buffet dinner is good. Food is fresh, excpt sashimi not plated nicely. Overall 8/10 :)

The hotel quality is good. The breakfast is great and the location is also good. The west wing is much better than the east one. The personnel are polite and have good attitude

Great location with some rooms with great views. Unfortunately expectations are set high and hotel isn't maintained well enough to meet them.

Huge hotel and somewhat dated. Service quite good, however. Gold and Platinum members can check in at the executive lounge on the 25th floor of the west wing.

Been around for years but currently undergoing major renovation. The location is great - a 10 mins walk to the Letronas Towers and Suria KLCC.

Nearby search for restaurant NZ(exit hotel from any wing and turn left, towards the petrona towers).Cheap and good food, amazing views while eating outside, theres also a convenience store opened 24H.

Excellent service!! Every time u call the front desk or operator they will address ur name..bigggggg warmmm bed and nice view from my suite!! Parents loved it too... Good breakfast and good location..

Nice hotel, huge & beautiful swimming pool. Sauna/hammam provided. Close to KLCC, Zouk Club and to monorail station.

Spacious room overlooking twin towers. But guest relation needs improvement, asked for an item for a few times and didnt get it at the end, even after emphasizing it is urgent.

Quite old hotel with specific smell in rooms, risky electric outlets and wires. But all this possible minuses are miserable. Cause service is excellent!

I was told that Renaissance Hotel is not such a good hotel to hold a wedding because their services aren't that good, especially if you have a wedding planner who is coordinating with the hotel.

Im always choose the Club Level on the West Wing for my guest. Much better than the East Wing.

Hated check in experience, have to wait standing for inexperienced counter to check in & told room only ready by 3pm, come on!

Rooms in the west wing are old and noisy. Furniture is falling apart. The most of the staff is not very friendly. The pool is ok but always in shadow of the hotel. Also there is a construction nearby.

East wing’s rooms and furnitures are old , the bed is one of the worst bed that I’ve ever slept on .breakfast is just good for Asians .
