- Christos ZervasSeptember 18, 2016The best in airport hotel I have ever been with outstanding friendly personnel, huge lounge area, awesome breakfast variety and special & luxurious accessible rooms for wheelchair users.
- If you're visiting for a convention, the food can be prohibitively expensive, but this can be remedied through a run to the Co-op/Texaco garage or the nearby pubs. Just be sure to shop early.
- ZAugust 30, 2014Food & roomservice is great! It's an older building but has all the comfort and a very friendly staff. They do however need new pillows, at least in our room.. **** hotel
- BronzeAgeJune 29, 2015It was surprisingly quiet even though it is right next to the runway and is being renovated. I liked the modern clean feel of the renovated rooms, very much what you'd expect in American type hotel.
- Mark LeeMarch 27, 2017Superb views of the airport. Rain shower walk in. Comfortable beds. Busy slightly formal hotel. Good though not exceptional breakfast in main restaurant. Club/Executive Lounge a little disappointing.
- EDROctober 2, 2016Nice hotel by Heathrow airport. Used mainly by airlines to park you as you'll loose your flight to your final destination. Move around hotel and terminals with the Hoppe bus.
- Avradeep ChakrabartiJanuary 7, 2023From the back entrance, the local McDonald’s is across the road. V busy due to all airport hotels being in the vicinity. Lots of chauffeurs and their cars too.
- David RoessliOctober 25, 2015Friendly welcome, helpful. Nice rooms (clean, roomy and good facilities). Avoid the dinner buffet, it's disappointing.
- Free internet if u sit by the smoking area outside the hotel. Just log onto the heathrow guest wifi and register. U get 3hrs n 45 mins free access.

- PiguMay 31, 2017Clean, comfortable. Expensive but that's expected at an airport hotel. Only negative was a grumpy concierge, who got stroppy with me about a mistake made by the hotel. Soured my experience.
- Fernando GobboApril 5, 2015Ótimo hotel... ao lado do aeroporto. . Ajuda muito ..Great hotel very close to the airport. . It helps a lot ..
- OMAR MukhareshSeptember 5, 2013Good service at executive floor and front desk and mgt is quite supportive & responsive. It is a good hotel during transit via London
- 🐣Chick🐣 ago 🐻💝October 16, 2014Warning when travelling with children they assume two adults and a child all sleep in one bed. Apparently you have to request an extra bed for child as it's standard policy to assume will all share.
- Ronan PriceMay 1, 2019Can’t believe this large hotel doesn’t provide its own free shuttle, with one-way bus fares varying from £5 to £10 if you don’t pre-book
- All in all a crap hotel esp if u r staying long term. Dull, oudated n low standards. If u fancy seeing some nice cabin crew then its worth it or else definately nit recomended. Wifi at £15/day rip off
- Ben Murphy-RyanSeptember 20, 2012Don't pay £4.50 for hotel hoppy - regular bus stop on road outside hotel goes to heathrow central terminal 1/2/3 or T4 or 5 every few minutes and are free!
- Mark LeeMarch 27, 2017Free London Buses to and from hotel. Don't waste money on hoppa service as bus stops are almost outside. Use bus stop 19 from central bus station at Heathrow.
- AhmedFebruary 26, 2018The hotel is clean and nice but they are greedy and rude and they won’t allow late checkout for people with late flights even for a fee this isn’t a good hotel feature.
- Otel.comSeptember 3, 2012There's a gift shop and currency exchange at the lobby so you won't have to leave the hotel for some cash and souvenirs.
- PattieOctober 13, 2013Hotel need some serious renovations. Very surprised since it is a Renaissance Hotel. No wonder it was so cheap. It is just a place to sleep for a few nights so no big deal. Staff seems nice however.
- Great for plane spotting as it's right opposite the runway.
- SoyuzAugust 19, 2014Worth becoming a Marriott Rewards member before booking . My little old favorite Heathrow hotel.
- Nathan WongAugust 10, 2014Now finally receiving a renovation. If you're lucky you'll get one of the decent rooms.
- Some rooms have views to the Heathrow runways (great if you're into planes), while some others have views to internal walls.
- Nora ChangSeptember 29, 2016The rooms are nice. Shower doesn't get hot enough and there are no beside alarm clocks.
- Iain McCorquodaleApril 28, 2012Free glass of sparkling wine for Marriott Rewards guests. (Wine is pretty crummy, mind you.)
- Do not pay for a ride to/from the airport - take the public buses (111, 105, 140, 285, 555) - the hotel is in the free Heathrow Zone.
- Maria LNovember 27, 2010best scrambled eggs I've had in a while, sloppy, fine and creamy - just how I like them!
- Tiny room..tiny closet..nice view, though. Room overlooking runway. Better take the red bus(111,140,555..) for free ride to/from the Heathrow airport. Hoppa bus costs £4 for one way!
- Simple, outdated, dull rooms. No shower cap provided 😓 . Poor/expensive room service. Here on duty with MK. Bed is comfy though.
- Ph. M.January 7, 2013Forced to stay here after BA delays, I have just spent the very WORST hotel night of my life: Terrible service, overdated rooms, no controllable A/C set to freeze you, poor buffet, vad beer, etc
- Konstantin KlyaginDecember 21, 2012Internet prices are a rip-off. No free wifi? It's XXI century already. Come on!
- Dustin FisherJuly 18, 2012Received horrible service as a Platinum member when my wife and I arrived at 9PM and were told no rooms were ready. We waited an hour before finally accepting a downgrade of a room just to sleep.
- Pierre-Phi Di CostanzoJanuary 30, 2013£15 for 24 hour Internet access, this must be a joke right? Wait no we are in 2013 and this is the sad reality. Very outdated hotel all in all.
